Rep Power: 0 | | | Day 49 8kg down in 7 weeks...this has been too easy! I am not sure whether I'll make it to my bottom goal weight of 60kg...if I do...have doubts about maintainability.
Haven't been measuring...too tedious...go by "pantsometer" will have to buy some smaller pants soon...everything is in storage while we build. |

Rep Power: 0 | | | Day 50 Have started taking acidophillus tablets 1 hour before my dinner meal....hence the filling in time now! Supposed to promote healthier bacteria in the stomach...aiding digestion.
Can't wait til I'm 67kg ...3.2 to go.
Having friends over this weekend...will make some chicken/onion/capsicum/squash kebabs for BBQ + other unmentionable stuff for them. Will try not to deviate! |

Rep Power: 0 | | | Day 53 mmmmm coffeeeee Met up with a friend today for "coffee"...I gave coffee up just before I started cohens....have to say that I am now having 1 flat white per week (no sugar) and still losing weight! I'm also having the odd cup of tea with milk which is a real treat.
Tomorrow will be a real challenge...friends for dinner... menu chicken/onion/capsicum kebabs (this is all I'll be having)
chops
sausages
potato salad
caesar salad
real garlic bread!
strawberries for sweets
friends don't know I'm dieting...might just say that I have a tummy ache...hence not eating everything...not sure why...don't want to tell anyone yet! One of the girls at work thinks it's a stupid diet (she doesn't know either) mind you, she cycles for 100km, complains about sore butt/twat & I say "I have no sympathy!" Each to their own!
I seriously believe that this is the diet to change my eating habits forever (yo-yo dieter for 24 years now) when I finish, I'll still have the odd treat...but I think that I'll stay away from bread products (always used to make me sleepy) |

Rep Power: 0 | | | Day 57 My saturday bbq has definitely slowed loss down. 3 days later and I'm still on the 70kg mark...was 69.6...I know it's not much ...more of a psychological hurdle really. Today was my 8 week weigh in...only lost 2.6kg this month...I did have a 4 day binge + last saturday's bbq so I suppose any loss is better than a gain...will keep plodding along.
Hope to lose at least 3kg this month. |

Someone at work actually commented on my weight loss yesterday (for the first time) she said "whatever you're doing...keep it up...you're lookin' good!"
My clothes are looking really sad & saggy baggy now which can only mean...sigh...new clothes!!! |

Rep Power: 0 | | | No crackers Yesterday and today...I succumbed to the aroma of our locally roasted coffee...I had a flat white on each day and surrendered my whole cracker allowance...sooooo worth it...will treat myself to a flat white weekly I think...something to look forward to and provides a rare social outing!

Scales said 68.6kg this morning...well on my way to losing my goal of 3kg this month. |

I'm 68kg now...it will be harder to believe when I reach 66kg as this is when I look really good in clothes...it's almost like I didn't suffer enough to reach my current weight!!
