Rep Power: 0 | | so, i forgot to post this the other day, but I also got a new haircut like everyone else around here =) I was having the crappiest day in the world, and so i just called the place, and they got me in in 20 minutes - and i feel so much better and beautiful =)
I also had someone just yesterday come up and say to me, "your pants are too big - you have way too much room in the butt." which was a HUGE compliment, but also a sign that i need some new clothes! I'm gonna go for the baggy look for a few more weeks though, b/c i want to get to my first weight goal, and then decide whether or not i would like to lose more. Healthy weight range for my height is 115-145, and i would LOVE get to 140 or below and then maintain that weight... so, no new clothes yet =) plus summer is just around the corner, and i have lots of shorts and such from skinnier days.
Breakfast:
non fat yogurt w/ granola and blackberries (105)
Lunch:
english muffin w/ veggie sausage and egg (315)
apple (60)
green tea w/ sugar (15)
Dinner:
Fish Soup (150)
French Bread (130)
Cottage cheese with Pineapple (140)
Study Break:
tall decaf skim hazelnut late (240)
Total Calories: 1155
Total Water: not enough... only about 32oz
Exercise: I kind of took the day off... I took a candle lit bubble bath instead.

Rep Power: 0 | | You're doing so great! I love that you eat mostly vegetarian food-it is so much easier to stay in the low calorie range and to stay low on fat. I hope you have fun on your vacation and that's so cool that someone told you your pants were too big! I wish that would happen to me! |

Rep Power: 0 | | | =) yeah, i've decided not to eat meat during lent, but i am eating seafood. I have actually been doing well at it, and it does feel healthier, so i might keep it up afterwards, or at least for the most part. I have found some really great recipies, but i desperately miss chicken =) I think that once lent is over, i'm going to eat only free range or home grown meats - it's just so much better for you, and the animals. |

Rep Power: 0 | | Ahh, okay, I missed the part about lent before. It's still a really good thing. When done correctly a vegetarian diet can be very rewarding and is so much better for you and animals. I gave up all red meat when I was about 11 years old and then I gave up poultry when I was 15. I never ate seafood, so I've been completely meat free (save for eggs and dairy) for about 6 years. I know it's tough for people to give up meat, and I think that free range is definitely more humane than other methods used to produce meat. I commend you for doing so well and I'm glad you've been enjoying it! | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
