Rep Power: 9 | | Orange County?! My parents are living in San Clemente right now. They've been there for 4 years next June, but they'll be moving back to NC then. Everytime I go visit I think, "How is it that everyone here looks so freakin' skinny and perfect?!" It drives me nuts. I mean, I'm not huge, but next to those girls/women I feel ginormous.
But whatever, a lot of them have eating disorders. Looks like you're losing weight the right way and are going to be healthy once you reach your goal. |

I have no idea what that guy's name is but Serenity is one of my fav movies! <3
Anywho... sounds like you're doing pretty dern amazing with eating. Wish I had enough willpower to just eat so many veggies and whatnot, but I'm a meat eater through and through.
Keep at it girl! 4lbs down... the rest will come off as well |

Rep Power: 0 | | Yeah seriously, welcome to my childhood. My best friend is a size 6, and she was one of the CURVY girls in high school. So like, that sucked. Even when I was at 150 I was super depressed that I wasn't tiny. But like, yeah.
And man! Nathan Fillion AKA Captain Mal Reynolds! Mmmm Firefly/Serenity! I'm such a dork for that show. Mmmm.
Anyways. Hey guys, I'm watching "The Biggest Loser" on Bravo and OH HOW EXCITING this show is crazy motivating. Watching them transform while I'm trying to do the same is amazing. Woo! |

Rep Power: 0 | | Hi again! Came to bug a bit before I head to bed.
You had one of those friends too?
Same here same here.
My best friend in high school could lose weight like no ones business. If for some reason she did start gaining, I swear the next week she'd be back to her skinny size 6 self all over again... while I thought I was just the hugest thing in the world in a size 12... |

Rep Power: 0 | | Ok. So. Feeling ok today. Went to the gym and my thighs were a little sore, but it's managable. And yet again, I find myself without time to cook. Thank God for evenings, right? Well, either way, I'm feeling pretty good about myself today, especially after my trainer came up to me in the middle of my cardio and said I was working really hard.
Breakfast: 1 cup yogurt, 1 slice 9 grain vegan toast with spray butter stuff, 1 plum.
Lunch: 2 chicken tacos from Baja Fresh.
Dinner: So instead of finding myself at home, cooking vegetables, I found myself on the freeway, driving to LA to visit my best friend, straight from class. So we ended up going to a Mexican restaurant. I had 1 chicken enchilada, about 3/4 of a cup or rice, about 3/4 of a cup of beans, 2 tbsp of sour cream, and like six chips. And lots of water. And later on I had a Vitamin Water.
Exercise: Did my cardio circut thing, and then the elliptical. Where I burned 350.9 calories on it alone! YAYYYYY.
Water: About 1.5 L.
Overall, today wasn't great. It could of been worse. But I remain optimistic, especially about cooking tomorrow. Man. It just needs to happen, and I'll actually have time tomorrow, in theory. Anyways. Bed time. |

Rep Power: 12 | | | There was a show I used to watch here in Canada called Taking It Off about people in two different cities and the different techniques/lifestyle changes they used to lose weight. I found it very motivational. I tuned in every week to see their progress.
Keep up the good work. You are doing a fantastic job!!

Rep Power: 0 | | | Man, I feel like I have to account for something. I've been eating an insane amount of Carl's Jr. recently. And it's because I got these coupons for $1 off the $6 dollar burger, and between being poor and being poor, it's tempting, especially with the lowcarb one. And they expire on the 30th, so I'm like "OH NO MUST USE COUPONS" so I have been. And after that...there will probably be an occasional trangression in terms of In-N-Out, because I love them and I think that having them once a week or less is not unreasonable, though hopefully I can abstain. Anyways. There's the thing behind my seeming infatuation with Carl's Jr. It was just weighing on my brain. |

Breakfast: None. Slept through it.
Lunch: I had 180 calories of cookies. And then I started cooking.
Dinner: 1.5 cups of sauteed zucchini onion and red bellpepper, 1.5 cups whole wheat pasta, ...2 skinny cow ice cream things (280 calories total)
Exercise: No gym today, but I had my dance class and actually SWEATED in it. And I sweated like mad. Man. What a first. So essentially, two hours of sweating and shakin' my booty.
Water: Like two liters! A little more, actually! I know that I'm supposed to be drinking like 3 technically, but man! 2 L! That's awesome considering I haven't been in a water drinking mood for the past two weeks!
Anyways. That's today. Aside from the second skinny cow, I feel happy with how it went. And now I have veggies to consume ravenously! Like carrots and broccoli and asparagus and my sauteed creation! Yay veggies! |

Rep Power: 0 | | It's actually crazy intimidating. There's like 40 people in it, and there's only one other fat girl. And I'm the fattest. But at least I don't get as out of breath as she does...anyways. It's fun but yesterday it was like hardcore. Unusually so.
Anywho.
Breakfast: Slice of toast w/spray butter stuff (it allegedly has 0 calories, but I use enough sprays to have like...3. Oh no!), 1 cup of yogurt, 1 peach.
Lunch: I had a low carb burger (490 cal). Didn't have time to go to the gym and go home for lunch, so I got that thing. Felt a little guilty...but ah well.
Snack: I little can of candy corn soda (130 cal)
Dinner: 1 cup of my rice medley, 1 cup of asparagus, 1/2 cup of carrots, and one skinny cow (150 cals, I am addicted, but alas I ate the last one)
Water: Approaching 2 L as the night progresses. Mmmm water.
Exercise: Did my cardio circut. Then the elliptical, which I was so not into, but still burned 320.9 calories on the machine alone. Was at the gym for an hour and 3 minutes. I was curious so I timed myself. | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
