Rep Power: 0 | | Man, I hope I keep going down. Hope hope hope. I didn't go to the gym yesterday, and I am so lazy feeling today. Like "sit down with a pint of ice cream" lazy. Ah well. I will go to the gym. I will not consume sweets en mass. Maybe I'll buy some skinny cows or something tonight. I have to go to the store tomorrow anyways.
Mragh I'll update later.
And y'all are great inspirations as well! |

Rep Power: 0 | | Okie dokie. Let's jump right in, shall we? Lets.
Breakfast: A cup of yogurt. It's seriously all I'm capable of remembering to grab at 7:15 AM when I run out of the house for class. C'est la vie, non?
Lunch: 1.5 cups of whole wheat pasta, 1.5 cups of veggies (the sauteed ones)
Dinner: A baja ensalada with chicken. Which is like, Romaine lettuce and grilled chicken and tomatoes. I only used half of the vinagrette dressing, so in total the meal was 450 calories. Super sweet. And then I had a skinny cow (+140 cal), and now I am satiated and my life is, once again, good.
Exercise: Did my cardio circut at the gym, then did the elliptical and burned 363.1 calories. Which is a personal best on that freaking machine. I'd like to get up to like 400 or something, but that would involve sprints of all things on it for minutes at a time, and that would kill me right now. I barely survive doing like 100-116 strides/minute for the entire thing including cool down. Anyways. My crazy cool progress with it is that when I started on the elliptical I used to be able to manage 220 calories tops without dying, with many days doing only 190. And then I was all, "I must do at least 220 every day" and that turned into 240, and then 300, and now I aim for at least 320. That's progress for you. Cardio serving its purpose.
Water: I have had 1.5 L so far, and I WILL drink the rest before I collapse into a little pile of tired. Hopefully after a shower, as I am apparently a sweating virtuoso.
Anyways. Good luck to everyone and eat healthy and exercise and I'll be damned if it doesn't actually work! |

Rep Power: 0 | | Oh I so want an elliptical!!
I think I would burn so many more calories on it than a treadmill.
Even though I know doing that treadmill so far is working me out and hopefully shaping my legs up nice and good, DAMN is it just the most boring thing ever!!!
Lol
Anyways.. Keep it up girl! |

Rep Power: 0 | | Man, rowing machines are hardcore. I've wanted to have one for years, but I literally have no where to put one. And ellipticals are cool, but they're still boring. I'm only sane because I have my music, but there are days where time drags. Most of the time I can zone out into the music, but the days when I can't are rough, and I want to stop like 10 minutes in. Anyways. Today was a horrible food day. Where were the veggies? I have no idea. I was just so on-the-go all day that I didn't sit down to eat anything, and towards the end of the day I just wasn't really thinking. I mean, it wasn't a horrible day, but it was not my best by far.
Breakfast: 2 slices of toast
Lunch: chocolate milk (400 cal)
Pre-dinner snack: orange juice (160 cal) and "Superfood" drink (150 cal), vegan chocolate square (110 cal)
Dinner: low carb $6 burger (490 cal), healthy choice fudgecicle (90 cal)
Like, not horrible but not good. If I'd omitted the $6 burger I would feel better, but I wasn't thinking at the time. I was tired, as it was 11, and my brain was on total autopilot. In the meantime, my tiny best friend had a chicken club burger thing, criss cross fries, and an oreo shake. Damn her size 8 self. Damn her.
Anyways. Excuses excuses, but tomorrow will be better, especially since tomorrow is a cooking day.
Exercise: Burned 350.6 calories on elliptical today. Skipped dance class in favor of taking photos of my fine self ( >_> ) for a friend who's a photography major. Does standing and posing for 5 hours count? Alas, no. At least I'll be going to the gym tomorrow as well. MMMMM gym.
Water: Only 1 L of pure water. But I drank many fluids today...so...whatever. Ish.
Anyways. Kinda disappointed by today, despite only eating like 1500 cal. Maybe I shouldn't have gotten the orange juice. Ah well. The drinks were there to satiate me on my drive to LA to get my friend from school, as that was the healthiest option at Seattle's Best. Yay coffee shops.
Anyways. I have to be awake in 5 hours. Ugh. I'll report later. |

Rep Power: 0 | | I sucked today. So much so that I can't even bring myself to itemize my food choices. Essentially, I had 1300 calories today. I have had like 1/2 L of water. I have rebeled and will not go to the gym today (which will instead happen tomorrow morning).
Essentially, I just feel depressed and gross today. So I'm going to sit here with my kitty and read some more of my book. Anyways. I guess that tomorrow is another day, even though my Monday prediction looks bleak and not up to my original expectations. Anyways. Maybe I'll go cook something. Not sure. May read a bit first. Either way...mragh.
I'll see y'all tomorrow. |

Rep Power: 0 | | This day kinda sucked less, and tomorrow I have a genuine day off. I plan on sitting, cooking, researching recipes, and watching movies. And studying a little bit. Anyways.
Breakfast: I had a cup of yogurt before the gym, and then 2 slices of toast afterwards.
Lunch: A cup of grapes and a trail mix bar thing (140 cal, too much sugar).
Snack: After my bloodsugar crashed in Target, I ate another trail mix bar thing. And after work I had 2 small cookies that my store manager made for us for being such little worker bees. They were delicious and a guilty pleasure, but I'm proud of myself for only eating two.
Dinner: Tonight I attempted to make roasted vegtables. But I ended up eating mostly potatoes and sweet potatoes, as the other veggies were lacking in awesome. And then I had an otter pop. Thank god tomorrow is actual vegetable cooking day.
Exercise: Did my cardio thing at the gym today, then went on the elliptical and burned 350.6 calories. I think that on my non- weights days I'm going to try to do 40 minutes (+5 minute cool down) rather than my usual 30. I figure that my lack of wanting to die at the end of it means I can push myself in terms of time.
Water: 1.5 L
Anyways. I took my body fat % today (I have an obnoxious AVON machine) and it's down 2.7% since I last measured it! That's like 5 lbs of FAT. FAT FAT FAT. So yeah. I feel better about the lack of scale movement this week. As I have obviously lost squish.
Ok guys. Good luck. I'm going to go to sleep for an indefinite period. |

Rep Power: 0 | | Mmmm lazy Sundays.
Breakfast: 1 cup of yogurt, 2 slices of toast.
Lunch: Didn't really exist, as breakfast happened at noonish.
Dinner: A Burrito Ultimo from Baja Fresh (a tragic 800 calories, but worth it) and a skinny cow (140 calories there)
Exercise: None. Bwa ha ha ha ha!
Water: By the end of the day, I will have had 1.5 L | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
