TGIF!

Today was good. Everyone ate brownies except me.

Well, I had a tiny tiny piece, 'cause my friends wanted me to. But it tasted like pure evil. (Not saying it didn't taste good...just that it was evil...lol.)

Math lesson, kiddies!
149lbs - 2lbs = 147lbs

I guess I'm officially over my plateau.

Didn't exercise yesterday... I'm never motivated on Mondays, what's up with that?
I'll do it today though. In fact, I'll do it right after I post this.
Oh yeah, I changed my avatar, might change it back 'cause it doesn't go with my username anymore... lol
...
See, now I don't want to post this, because it means I'll have to exercise.

i know it sux sometimes 2 pull myself to the gym, so i feel ya! but keep those excersizes up cause it'll keep the ticker rolling down!

another pound lost...but...

I had chocolate cake today*everyone gasps*
It was for my birthday so I couldn't...not eat it...
Well, that's what I told myself, but I know that I could have gone without it. Now my belly feels huge!!

Things to eat when I reach my goal:
- cheesecake
- McDonald's
- Ritz crackers
- chocolate icing
- Christmas cookies
- Doritos
- Ketchup chips

You get the idea...
I'm going a little crazy here thinking about that stuff. I'm afraid I can't do the moderation thing. Can't go near junk food or I'll lose control. Like that guy in Finding Nemo.

WOW it's been a long time
I've been ridiculously busy for someone my age...
But I'm happy to say that at no point have I dropped out of my routine.
I guess I was around 146 the last time I posted. Now I'm 141 officially, but it's been a while since I weighed in. I'll update tomorrow.

So today was my cheat day... I overdid it, wouldn't be surprised if I went over 2000 calories... but for the past week I've been sticking strictly to 1200 so it's not that bad. Anyway, now all my cravings are satisfied and I'm ready to start a new week.

About my ticker.. yesterday the scale said 138, so that's what I set it to. But this morning it said 139. I really don't want to bring it back up; it's a mix of laziness and stubbornness that's keeping me from changing it. But it kind of sucks that tomorrow I won't be able to take what it says seriously either, as I always weigh more after my cheat day due to sodium and stuff. I'll have to wait till Sunday to find out if I'm 138 or 139. One thing's for sure though, I'm out of the 140's forever.

Edit: I'm just inside the normal BMI range now, this caused a mini victory celebration inside my head when I found out.
