Welcome to your diary and good for you for taking the steps towards reaching your goals.
One of the most helpful things I've read here on the WLF was from Maleficent, who spoke about defining your goals. Really pin pointing exactly what they are and how you want to go about achieving them.
I've really taken that advice to heart and believe strongly in setting realistic goals and outlining how I need to go about reaching them.
Setting a Christmas
goal sounds like a great plan, but 40
pounds in 2 months does not seem like a healthy, reasonable approach. Twenty
pounds a month is a lot to ask of your
body and could hurt your motivation if you don't see those results.
