I know... I'm not a vegetarian, really, I just dislike meat, lol. I guess I could choke down some chicken every once in a while, but I usually only eat it at my favorite Thai place, and that's back in Sacramento. Vegetables aren't really my thing, either I should start eating them... Five a day, right? Ick, lol.

Don't think I could ever eat beans. If you haven't noticed, I'm a really picky eater >< All I've eaten my whole life is basically carbohydrates... Time to start drinking milk again!

Thanks for the reminder, I'll try to do that tomorrow. Maybe even get some wheat grass, my dad used to get it all the time, lol.

My dad's visiting this weekend and bringing special multi vitamins that he bought from a doctor... My parents are always so worried about my nutrition, even if I'm not that skinny anymore, lol. It really makes my sister mad! XD

Alright, I ate some apple slices with peanut butter to bring my calories up a bit to:

960

At least it's in the ballpark of the very fewest calories that I can eat nowadays. I'll try to eat a bit more tomorrow, especially since I'll be working out.

Today will be my rest day this week, I guess, though I must have logged at least 2 miles running errands!

I've just got to say that even if I'm eating so much less food, I feel so much more energized. I just ran up the seven flights of stairs leading from the laundry room in the basement to the floor on which I live, two at a time ^_^

It's sort of like I had a brain fog thats been lifted... Yay!

Today's totals were baaad ><

Breakfast:

None. Went to class, then started doing my errands for the day.

Lunch:

Jamba Juice: 300

Dinner:

Large Chai Tea Latte (Peet's): 300

Total:

600 calories

Exercise:

Elliptical - 60 minutes - 600 calories

So, in all, I came in at a total intake of 0!? That can't be healthy... I feel like I'm eating like a super model, lol. Still, it's weird, because I'm just not hungry! I could have even gone without the Chai and lasted until bedtime on 300 calories, I think... My metabolism must be slower than I thought.

You mean too many carbs or too few? I never paid much attention to nutrients, only calories... I know that's bad, but it's my obsession ><

Yeah... I don't think I'm going to do it. I'd like to be an editor when I get out of college, but it won't be worth it to take all of those icky courses, lol. I don't even like writing...

I guess it might be, but I don't really care about carbs. I exercise enough, and have always lived off of carbs in the past, even when I was a size 0-2. They're what keeps me alive ^_^
