well today is the day that i get my journal started. I have been peeking in on all your journal. getting very motivated to do this. So lets start;
I am 37 yrs old moter of a 3 yr old, stay at home wife. a year ago i was 170 now i am 153. I would like to be 135 or close to it before my 1 yr anni of starting this weight loss journey.
then plan:
exercise- do core secrets and hit the gym diet- follow the Lindora lean for life plan- goal- to be 135 by 12/24
motivation- yes, I can do this!!!
today is a great day to get started and get this flab off my thinner body, hehehe... love it!

Seems a little funny to poke through other's diaries, but isn't it great! Can I ask how tall you are? Cause you and I are nearly in the same boat! (Except I have no kids. So you're actually waaaaay ahead of me!)

It takes alot of wilpower and motivation to stick with any plan. I am determined to do this.
I am 5'7 and yes are are in the same boat, hehehe.
well I am trying to post a ticker, but not much luck try again later tonite. I do plan on weigh myself every tues, and will post my weigh in. well i am off to start cooking for the family and do a work out tonite. toodles

This place is a great motivator...I love the diary name, by the way...good luck to you and you already sound liek you have alot of it together... I will be checking in regularly...

I'm 5'8. Do you run into the same problem as me- losing motivation cause you're not that dissatisfied? I think I look fine, but I just want to be really fit. But once I lose just a few pounds, I give up. And I constantly have people telling me I don't need to diet yadda yadda. I know I don't need to.... I want to!
Just thought maybe you'd understand.
