Rep Power: 0 | | | HunterRose's Dairies Goal: 200lbs
Current Weight: 320 lbs
Time Frame: (as long as it takes to get healthy; hopefully less than a year or two)
I dunno if 200 is a realistic goal but I am gonna try to get down to that, like today I know I haven't done any exercise in the past so I am starting off slow, brisk 1/2 mile walks 4x a day (about 2 miles each), with weight lifting (using objects around the house) I am gonna work hard to get to my goal =D

Rep Power: 41 | | hunter nice to see ya here. The walks are great. I like to walk but the truck it so darn handy lol. The weight are a good idea just remember heavy weights build muscle and light weights with alot of repetitions burn calories and tone what is already there. Have fun with the weight loss. It only seems like a chore at first then it turns into.......... never mind its hard work the whole time lol.... |

Just make sure you're doing the moves the right way. I'm sure there are plenty of places online that show how to do different curls and stuff the right way. Like military press or tricep curls etc.
Anywho! Keep up the good work! WOO |

Rep Power: 0 | | OK ^_^ I know how to do alot of them and how to work the different sections of the muscle in the arm; I just need to figure out specific exercises that will work.
Here is my arm exercises so far
20 (2 sets of 10) reps of Dumbell Shoulder Presses
10 (1 set of 10) reps of One-Arm Dumbell Triceps Extensions
20 (2 sets of 10) reps of Dumbell Lateral Raises
30 (3 sets of 10) reps of Dumbell Curls

Rep Power: 0 | | Just take baby steps
I'm sure we've all gone on some diet where we get SO excited by it and quit eating everything we used to to eat whatever the diet said... and well... look where that got us. Probably fatter and more depressed heh
Don't worry about eating a hamburger, just make sure that you're portion controlling
You could just start by cutting your portions. And then once you're used to that... maybe start replacing some things with healthier choices.
Just whatever you can manage
You're doing awesome though!!! Keep at it!!! WOOHOO! |

Rep Power: 0 | | you know baby, you have added exersize to your routine.. which is a new thing for you, so A) your body is buring calories, even if you are eating the same amount of food you always have, and B) you probably do feel hungry because you are doing more than you used to. once "we" get thru these feelings and get a gameplan on how you can work around eating less and exersizing more, drinking more water, and all the other tricks.. you will see the results... it does happen, it is worth it... don't give up..don't get frustrated.. i am here for you,as always, i'm sure the others are too.. |
