hello everyone!
I have been reading the posts on this forum for a while now, and have finally decided to join in! I started my new healthy life style about five weeks ago, and I have been loosing pounds very slowly (only about 3 so far). I am 5'3'' and about 145. I am a senior in college and we are provided with a really remarkable gym that is about 100 feet from my appt. So i figured that I am an idiot if I dont take advantage of that. Anyhoo I am going to be married in about a year and a half and so I have a fire burning under my butt to lose about 20 lbs!! I have been doing the best that I ever have on any diet so i am really optomistic this time around. Well, this is just an intro, gotta go to class!!
ok so last night I took my booty to the gym after I had pasta for lunch and walked 3 and a half miles. I was really tired afterward!! This was surprising to me because I usually run/walk a little over two miles a day and I dont feel as tired. It was like my legs just gave up. Oh well, I guess I will just have to work up my endurance a little more.
I am going to my future sister in-law's house this weekend to acompany her to her first ultrasound of the baby she is expecting. we get to find out the sex! Anyway sinse she's pregnant she will be trying to get me to eat all sorts of bad things with her so i need to start building up my motivation to say no now.
