Hey! My name is Mandy and I'm 20 years old. I am 5'8'' and 150 lbs! I'm fat and I know it. I weighed about 130 at the beginning of this semester and after this weight gain...lets just say I'm struggling to lose it! I would like to lose 30 pounds and get down to 120. I know I can do it, I just need a little support...
Breakfast: 1 Apple and water (100cal)
Lunch: Salad, Breadstick, tomato Sauce (300cal)
Snack: 1 bag 100 Calorie Kettle Corn (100cal)
Supper: Homemade beef stew and 1 piece cinnamon raison bread (300)
Snack: Diet Rite (0Cal)
I'm kind of crazy I guess, but I really want to lose...I run/walk every weekday, but I guess I need to up the pace or something...
welcome mandy! So, what's your plan? I have to say, first off, you can't eat only 800 calories a day, that's starving yourself. If you want the help of people on here then you're going to have to do it in a healthy manner! We believe in lifestyle changes, slow, healthy weight loss and maintenence. You should be eating at least 1200 calories a day. Let us know what your plan is and then we can start to help
Hi Mandy. I agree with her. 1200 cals. Also for your height I don't think that is a healthy weight. You should do a BMI calculator to make sure. They are all over the web. I hope you can lose your weight but again do healthy!! Welcome to the forum!!
Heya's Mandy and welcome! Like they said 1200 is the
lowest your calorie intake should be unless doc says
other wise! Good luck to ya maybe add a mid day snack
and that may help.....Tammy
