I'll post my stuff later, but holy cow. I just did five minutes going up and down stairs of exercise (I'm still too sick to go out), and I just broke the biggest sweat,and I was breathing so hard...D: I don't even do that in 45 minutes of walking.

8:45: Toast,with Margrine -125 calories
Somewhere in between: Milk -130 calories
2:30: (I think)pm: Banana- 109 calories
5:30: (Left overs) 1.5 potato, Ham,sour cream-669 calories
4 cups of water (so far)
7:50: had a little bit more ham
8:20: 2 Hardboiled eggs -140
Estimated Total Today: 1233 calories.

I'm not very hungry today...I'm a little concerned that I may have over estimated something a little bit and haven't met the 1200 calories quite...but..I can't force myself to eat when I'm not hungry.

My mom finally bought my food scale!!!! Now I can get more acurate ideas of what I'm eating! I'm pretty excited about it.

Thats awesome! I'm in college as a culinary major, and i want to make the yummy recipes from my baking class at home.. i need a food scale though. I hope to get one for xmas. Thats awesome that you have one though. I'm jealous. haha.

My mom got it at Wal-mart for $10+tax I think. It was the last one (because it was cheapest probably ) But I got to use it today,and it worked great! I'm very happy with it.

I'm down 4-5lbs since Saturday!!!!
I've been eating more then 1200 calories a day, and trying to make healthy decisions in eating,including portions sizes etc...I hope I'm losing it properly!!

Today:
(Sorry, I can't remember the times D

Breakfast: Ham-160 calories,Toast-123 calories, 1 cup milk-110 calories
Lunch/Snack (I Woke up really late today): carrots-2 servings
Dinner(6:30pm): Cabbage Soup with tomatos,onions,carrots,potatos,cabbage,and ham (Very little potatos or ham in the whole pot. It was a very hearty,healthy soup!!) -485 calories
7-ish: Turtles Ice Cream-170 calories
7:15ish: Banana-110 calories

Total Today: 1346 calories

Another day of good counting.

Ummmm...Yah. Christmas is coming, I'm trying to get myself prepared for portioning and stuff ahead of time. I used my scale today,and was able to properly measure out the food I was going to eat.

I lost 4-5lbs since Saturday! so in one week! Ummm..I've been eating fairly healthy (over 1200 calories a day), so I'm hoping that it's okay that I lost that much.

A little bit of out doors today, but no real exercise. Hopefully I'll be feeling better tomorrow to get out and do something.

I was talking to my friend today about weight loss. I was telling her about my progess,and was talking to her about it,and she told me she wants to lose twenty to thirty pounds (She's 5'5, 170), so maybe I'll have a really close weight loss buddy for awhile? We'll see.

OMG! thats amazing!!! i'm proud of you! *tear* lol. that would be cool if you had a weight loss buddy. I tried to get my boyfriend to be my buddy... but he cant be on a diet... well i guess he could, he just wont. lol. oh well. this forum is my support system. keep up the good work. Youre doing EXCELLENT

Thank you for the support!! I really appreciate it. The first few days were hell...I wanted to binge so badly! but now, I just want to keep going,and going forever!

thats the right attitude!! This isnt a diet, its a lifestyle change. One that a lot of people need to do. And its awesome that you realized such. Its the first step to living a healthy life!
