Today, After much struggle I managed to get my hair straight. It is very resistant...it's normally very curly,but it looks so good. It makes me feel great!! I stood an hour while my mom did it....which is better then an hour of sitting.

I'm going out to the store today with my sister. (She's five). It's too far to make her walk,so I'm just going to push her in the stroller. I'm lucky she still fits!!

That's all for now. Just thought I'd pop by and record how good I'm feeling right now. It'll be good motivation for myself in the near future I'm sure.

haha..well,I took my sister to the store. Big mistake. I underestimated the crowdedness of wal-mart on a Christmas Eve. eve.
Yikes!! It was pretty tough to get the stroller through there...especially with my sister buldging out of it! I think that'll be her last trip in the stoller with me

Anyways, here's my food for today

Breakfast- Leftover cabbage soup (filled with all that good stuff), toast,and a cup of milk-515 calories
Water
Supper- 21 special chips, 1 whole grain bread, more cabbage soup, and water
After supper-a banana

Total:1305 calories

Erm...it doesn't look like a very balanced meal, but I wasn't much hungry today,and the soup had a lot of good stuff in it. Ermm..Yeah. I walked for about 45 minutes with the stroller I think. Not bad!

Tomorrow's going to be a high calorie fest at my grandma's house, so I'll have to show a lot of self control...but I think I'm prepared for it

Good luck with dinner tomorrow; don't forget to enjoy it! I've found the trick for me (on holiday dinners) is to savor every bite...chew slowly and enjoy the taste. Keeps me from eating until it hurts.

Thanks for the tip!! the main part is going to be to avoid the dessert table, but I asked my mom to bring me some no calorie jello to eat while everyone else was having their desserts, so I should be okay

She's asked my mom everyday for near the past month when Santa was coming,it's quite cute.

Basically all my christmas plans got screwed up, and I ended up eating 2150 calories. I'm quite upset about it..but according to fitday, it's still a defecit...........I guess that's it.

Hi Pinch. You never know, indulging a little over Christmas might help you stay on track in the long run. It is a special time. I think it's what you do after Christmas that really counts. Hope you're having a happy day.

After a week of being very sick,and of eating without care,I've managed to get my weight back up to the start weight. Crap! I also have to get a thyroid perscription filled again......

However!!!! Just because I gained the weight back, doesn't mean I'm going to stop going . It just means I'm going to have to re-train(and restrain) myself, and get my life organized,and back into the position to lose weight. Starting today! I'll record my eatings a little later,when I've finished eating.

Back on the bike Pinch. That's the way. I've heard that weight that goes on quickly also comes off quickly - so the gain might go quickly.
