Nice to see you all.
Mileage - Yes. That is my regular walk now. I looked back to see how long that is in miles and yet couldn't remember how far it is in k's. My metrication has taken a step back on these boards. When I walk it like that with no special speed or intervals it just seems like a pleasure really - but I'm accepting credit anyway.
I've just recently noticed the meat in my supermarket. The flavour's a lot like beef but more variable and more gamey. It's extremely lean. The cost is about half way between cheap steak and expensive steak.
Large marsupial. |

Rep Power: 43 | | Tom. Yes it is.
I don't think I've ever had buffalo. I have had emu pie, and tried farmed crocodile, which was nice. I can't buy that in the supermarket though. |

They would be a sensible thing to farm here because they do less damage to the land than the introduced animals we do farm. I think it will come. |
