It's been over a year since I last posted in this thread...wow!
I'm happy to announce that I've kept the weight off and have stabilized between 126 and 130
pounds, thus making it a grand total
weight loss of 50 or so
pounds in total.
I attribute my success to the fact I changed my lifestyle...not just 'went on a
diet'. Thus, there's no sacrifice involved nor time limit as well.
I've modified my eating habits to mainly
atkins but also enjoy an apple a day as well. I think the fact I cut out bunches of junk food really helps (all together now, duh!

)
