OMG...GROSS! I havent eaten a hot dog since I was 15! I went on a mission trip and cooked about 4 million donated hot dogs for homeless people! In a course of about 3 weeks...I learned all I wanted to know about them then, not to mention I was the only person trying to wipe the yellow sludge off of them before I cooked em, best part was that is all any of us had to eat for the whole trip...slimey old hotdogs!
I thought that talc caused cancer? I read that you should not use it on babies because of it...there again almost everything causes cancer right?

I'm sorry to hear that your bug is still causing hassles at your house.

There is some scary stuff coming up in this diary today. Hotdogs filled with talc or dirt and exuding yellow slime....
and to think I was getting ready to eat one yesterday.

I knew I didn't like them but .... words fail here. Judging by the taste ours are made the same way. I wonder where they get the dirt to add to Aussie hotdogs.

*Runs off looking for salad*

That rule about not eating unless you can read the ingredients sounds spot on. I must say I have lost a lot of interest in food I haven't prepared.

I'm glad you're fit enough to be exercising again. Is that your garden in the left of your avvie?

Thats actually in my front yard...I keep all the pretty stuff in the back to myself
I must say after just two days without the workout it was hard to get myself started again! But Im back in the saddle now

Cinderelly-Not all hot dogs are the same...maybe those places serve up something a little better

OK, Day 25...I am ready to pick up the pace...big time! I woke up feeling better a little light headed and bruised but better still. So I started out with an hour on the cycle and 30 min. tae bo. Next Im out to take my potted plants back out of the greenhouse{crappy weather is gone }and there must be 75 pots...gee whiz this weather has really messed with my week! And the sprouts are all adorned with plastic and temperary light fixtures So I have a full days work just cleaning up for 3 days worth of cold! I lost about half of my watermelon and tomato sprouts, but I had overplanted to the point I didnt know where I was gonna put them anyway So I have a boat load of calorie burning activities that I have no choice but to do today...O boy!
I went to my chiropractor yesterday...He said I was shrinking He also said I have scrapped and penched alot of nerves in my hip again and my upper back and neck are out of wack again just like 6 monthes ago! I cant go back to karate now and he says I need to be less crazy with pushing cars and wrecking bikes ect.He says my injuries are worse than most people who are twice my age and yet I get around twice as well...I dont know what he is getting at, but I think Im ok, I only hurt when I do something for more than an hour like on the cycle(loss of feeling or sharp pain)And when I try to sleep, wich I dont do much of anyway. Also when I stand on uneven ground and bend over like one foot on something and one on the ground then stoop that makes me scream! It only took him a month or two to fix me before so I told him the sooner he fixes me the sooner he can stop fussing

I dont plan to live without carbs too much, I just want to be more active everyday! I have always been super active and now i find I am losing rapidly just by cutting down a little and picking up my pace...It looks like I was eating soooooooo much that all the activity in the world could not combat
