Rep Power: 43 | | I'm agreeing with the others here. You are exercising heaps, especially for someone who is a bit buggy and bashed up still!!
Twenty five days and still going on the fried food ... Excessive fat is something you may well get over entirely if you keep on though. After a while it can taste like something extra that you don't really want. |

Rep Power: 13 | | Well 198 still I cant beleive it! I am just amazed I feel like running around in circles...That intimidating 80 pounds I needed to lose has turned into a not so scary 53! I am not trying to bragg I am just amazed...giddy even
I had a good weekend even though it was tornado time! My tomato plants are not happy and the watermelon sprouts look bad bad bad! But I cannot complain, I was givin my grandmothers house! And all her antique furnature and china. I spent the weekend rummaging and feeling very lucky! Its a small house but its very very old and my mom has agreed to let me move it onto the family land...I am so excited I am moving to the middle of nowhere! of course I am already in the middle of nowhere but now I can have a 200 acre plus garden! I will never come inside again!!!!!!!Anyway I am watching my back because anyime I have this much good news something is bound to happen...
We had two or either 3 tornados near by and spent all day yesterday without power...That was no fun! And with all the good new there was some bad. My best friend since school days had a tragedy her brother and 9 year old nephew were in a head on collision...we spent most of saturday not sure how bad they were, they were flown to MUSC in charleston and it was really bad...I have since learned that they are ok but the dad has two shattered ankles and a broken sternum and christopher the son poor guy has a broken back and broken teeth and they had to remove some of his intestin, it was damaged by the impact. We are all just so happy that they are alive...But to be so young and have a brocken back gosh thats just heartbreaking |

Rep Power: 43 | | | Oh wow!! What a lot of ups and downs and turn arounds you are moving through!
The news about your friend's relations was mixed indeed.
The health changes you have already made will help you cope with the awkward days I'm sure. I bet you are champing to get back to your exercise.
I'm sure you will tell us more about the new house when things settle down. It sounds like you have a wonderful change in store there. |

| Well I am very happy to have it for sentimental reasons...It belonged to my adoptive Dads Parents...I have no idea why it was given to me! But I have been a good steward in comparison to some of my siblings. Well as far as antiquities go anyhow The exciting part is having my mothers blessing to put it on the family land as there was a nasty divorce involved and also noone has lived on the "farm" in nearly 100 years! We went and removed the antiques and started the process of stripping and bracing so we will have to save some funds to get the move done but I hope it wont take long... I am however a little concerned about how everyone else will feel about me being the recipient...but noone else seems intrested at the time. I just hope once the work is done noone changes their opinion on the matter. I have decided that I will not live in the house, my husband I will restore it and place the original contents back inside and then turn it into a family cabin down by the lake where we can all gather for camping and general family get togethers. We had already had plans for 3 homesites in the next year or so one for my mother one for my brother and one for myself. So rather than change it all this can be a place to use in the meantime, especially since my husband will be building and overseeing the construction of all the homes. And we will all be out there alot...far from town or civilization
ok I have rambled enough...I need to get my workout going before I have to go back out and help with the wheelchair ramp...we are going to try to build the whole thing this afternoon when my hubby gets home from work. |
