I just read through your diary, must say you are off to a great start. Already a significant loss. So congratulations!!!
I think the competition at your workplace is great. I do that with myself, sort of, I reward myself when I do well... Well, have a nice day.

wow good start, i wouldnt worry to much about the guy being online on the dating site. I know many people who keep up with just normal every day friends on dating sites even though happily married for many years. Its like a social thing

Thanks all
When you have a fair amount to lose...those pounds come off quite quickly at first. I'm just hoping that I don't plateau so soon! Ah! Plateaus don't make Charity a happy camper. Tonight I was in a VERY crabby mood...and ate Taco Bell. Oops. Fortunatly though (or unfortunatly?! haha), I ended paying dearly for it - when I don't eat junk for a while and then suddenly eat some and aren't used to it...my belly aches! I ended up going to be very early because I didn't feel good at ALL!

I eat fast food all the time. On past diet attempts that have failed I have always tried to stop eating fast food and felt miserable. This time I decided to find out what fast food I could eat and plan for it. It's working out much better for me.
Unfortunately, I LOVE taco bell, but I don't feel full on things that are low cal. The chicken enchilada grilled stuft burrito is the bane of my weight loss.
