Rep Power: 0 | | | My Plan According to Me Ok, I so have no idea what I'm doing, so bare with me.
-- How much weight do you want to lose? A total of 100# in 20-25# increments
-- What is the timeframe for reaching your target weight? I'd like to have it gone in a year.
-- How do you want to accomplish your goal (what methods do you want to use)? I'd like to eat things that are better for me & less of it. Joel has been begging me to go to the gym with him, so maybe I'll finally give in. lol
-- Who or what can support you in reaching your goal? Definitely my hubby.
-- How realistic is your goal? It's a real possibility to lose that much weight in that timeframe; however, I've never stuck with anything long enough to find out... until now!!!!
-- When will you start? I plan to start on Tuesday. Tomorrow is MLK, Jr. Day, which means it's a day off & I'll be way off schedule. |

Rep Power: 0 | | | Nope. He just hangs out with us. Which is one reason why I haven't been yet. It's a college rec center, so it's fine if he is there with us. But yeah. It makes it kind of hard to work out when you have a 3 yo to worry about. |
