Good questions. Honestly, I don't have a "physical" type. I am a very deep thinker, and because of that, I am very interested in the mind of a woman. A woman could be extremely beautiful looking based on society's standards (which are flawed IMO) and if she is an idiot, I will be completely turned off, mentally AND physically.
Typical answer, I know, of someone who wants to sound politically correct, but it really is the truth with me.
And to give you an answer, I don't prefer muscular girls. I actually like a woman to be curvacious. I do currently have a girlfriend, and she is 135 lbs.
Looks, I will try and get a picture on here sometime. She is pretty.
Surprise Surprise.. I'd be surprised if anyone on here thought you didn't. I've always liked people with minds! It's hard to hold a conversation with a person's looks.
Beauty grows, too--my boyfriend got more and more attractive the more my love for him grew, to the point where I melt when I think about him, and a lot of the time if I see a cute guy who looks a little like him I'll be like, "Aw! He looks like my boyfriend!"
I did pretty good in my weight training today -- Increased poundage on every exercise - squat (+25), bench press (+20), one arm db row (+5), assisted pullups (-1 level), and stdg. mil. press (+10).
Burned 485 cal. in 48 min., but I was pretty tired after that -- figured 30 min. of cardio might be overdoing it a bit. What do you think?

Tom, don't jump up so much in poundages. Small jumps lead to more consistent and long term results. Most of my big lifts, the largest jump I will make is 5 lbs from week to week.
Oops, OK. I just felt especially good today. Think I should go back down next time, or just stay where I am for a couple of weeks?
Stay where you are and increase slowly from here. Once you plateau on your weight increases, we will have to modify the routine, and eventually take some action for fatigue.
