ugh, i hate low lifes as well. it's just nasty to know those people were digging around our home and stuff!
anyways, it's over with, could have been much worse, so it's time to move on!
i'm so glad to be back here!
my current
goal is to shave time off of my 2 mile runs!

Chest and arms with my boyfriend. He's been lifting since he was 14 and he's in excellent shape, so I think he knows what he's doing.

Haha, I know guys who have been lifting for 30+ years and don't know what the F they are doing! Certainly not downing the BF.
However, if he is focusing on
body part training, chances are his periodization scheme is not optimal for each of your goals, without knowing what his are. Yours being
fat loss, I know that
body part training is not optimal.
