Hey Steve how tall are you?? If you are at 195 and goal is 210.......just wondering, my husband is 5'9" and his goal is 240, he used to liftweights and was really beefy when we first met (15 years ago, ahhh... marriage and weight gain) he could do a one armed push up 10 time with me on his back!!! (I was much lighter then as well ) he now weighes around 310, he has lost 30pounds, and is working on getting healthy with me, he is still pretty muscular, underneath, and can still bench 320 do you think 240 is a good goal for him?? Or would around 210 be better? Thanks man! STAR

Truthfully, while one person may look amazing at 240 standing 5'9, another may look absolutely terrible relative to personal preference. If he had a large, muscular build before hand, chances are, as he starts shedding this fat, he will uncover a nice frame. At what weight that frame will look "ideal" is very dependent. His best bet is to keep shedding the soft stuff and see what surprises lay below.
