Rep Power: 35 | | | Hi, Steve. Just wanted to wish you a great TDay. My elbow is still toast, but I'm taking a much needed week off this week, and going to SF to see my kids. |

You've got to get into a doc to see what's going on in there. I've had my fair share of elbow problems too. I actually had surgery on mine.
If it's still hurting, something must be up.
Thanks for the well wishes and back atcha..... enjoy the visit. |

Rep Power: 35 | | | I did see the doc, and he said the tendon was probably torn. He told me it would take 6 to 8 weeks to heal, providing that I didn't aggravate it any more. The main thing I can't do is grip hard -- so no curls and no picking up dumbbells. But I still can do pullups, dips, and bench presses. So when I get back, I'll concentrate on those. |

| That SUCKS tom. If gripping hard is your problem, you could try gettin some grip straps to help you out. Injuries are never fun, and even moreso when they get in the way of you gettin/stayin fit. |

I agree with these statements.... I watched this game too. I've been watching every one of their games I can catch and they're just sick. Very fun to watch b/c they don't stop..... but I'm not sure who is going to beat them.
Shit happens though....
They SHOULDN'T lose.
Doesn't mean they won't.
| I could actually see green bay beating them. I think Dallas could give them a run. Other than those two teams. I don't see anyone else in the league who even stands a chance to win.
Haha - it would be cool if the pats went all the way undefeated while Miami finished the season winless. It would be ironic because Miami is the only team to ever go undefeated.
Miami goes fully defeated and another team goes undefeated = ironic. |

Rep Power: 182 | | | Ahh, it feels great that this is the last day of the work week for me.
Quote of the day:
"It is not because things are difficult that we do not dare; it is because we do not dare that they are difficult. "
"Have patience with all things, but chiefly have patience with yourself. Do not lose courage in considering your own imperfections but instantly set about remedying them - every day begin the task anew."
"Courage is resistance to fear, mastery of fear - not absence of fear."
*****
Thought of the day:
I love my remote control car.... I just got a new battery that makes the car go 65+ mph. 0-60 mph faster than my real car, haha. Fun, fun. | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
