I've been MIA. Working on getting my own forum up and running (thanks Mal!)

Nothing new in my world. Been reading like a mad man which has been nice. Training is going really well... still doing 2 days of strength training and 2 days of conditioning work per week (entailing speed strength, strength endurance, power development, speed and agility as well as some corrective prehab stuff too)

I was going to strength train 3 days per week but I've decided to replace the one session with golf, lol.

Beyond that, nothing new and exciting.

hm I did find this place a bit off without all the Steve postings

Off like, "This place is so much better when that jackass isn't around?"

well I'm sure that feeling is reserved for a select few.....oh and to jump on the Steve needs to come to Vegas bandwagon....I'm thinking you could be the event host lol the position comes with a rather nifty t-shirt...one that'll probably be really tight and we'll swear it was an accident

Me hosting = hookers and booze the entire stay.

Well not the hookers.

But booze and good times... lol, for sure.

Well I'm hoping for a lack of clothes all together and as far as the t-shirt goes we have to give you something to take off as host you'll also be the entertainer at certain points in the festivities

I'm sure some feel that way.

I'm also postive that some feel just the opposite.

But those who matter don't mind and those who mind don't matter.

Entertainer huh.

I'd say that would never happen but once the booze starts flowing.... ya just never know.

Two weekends ago I was doing the worm across the dance floor at a bar full of strangers. I'm still feeling the effects from that!

In reality though, I'm not so sure I'll be able to make it to Vegas. I have 2 business trips planned for around that time and too much traveling is never a good thing. Why didn't you all want to come to Philly. I mean it's so beautiful and all!

I love philly lol My roommate and I would spend weekends in Ocean City, NJ then hop over to philly to go out because AC is a bit too much at times.

and challenge people to do the Rocky Run up the steps of the Art Institute

and after that - a cheesesteak tasting at Genos and Pats... or one fo the many other less famous but far better cheesesteakeries

Oh man how I've been craving a good cheesesteak! My co-worker who lives in the city ate 2 of them the other night.
