I am supposed to do circuit training tonight but I'm unsure about it as of now... I'm just so damn sore from Tuesdays bout. I should have done A LOT more active recovery stuff! Not enough hours in a damn day I tell ya!
Last night I went and got some Cold Stone Creamery or whatever it's called. That stuff is pretty damn good.
So far I have no big plans for the weekend. Krista and I might do something last minute but we'll see. A couple of small parties here and there as of now but nothing real exciting.
Hey you..just poppin in to say hello. Hope your day is off to a good start!
I missed this yesterday but thanks. Yesterday was fine and today is even better.
Probably going to go hit the gym up in a bit, do some reading since it's raining, and then hopefully the rain stops b/c I have a picnic to go to in the afternoon.
Then who knows what.
Fireworks maybe... but I'd like to watch the time trials.
I also have a friend having a big party tonight... not sure if I'm going to that or not.
Hey there sexy. I'm too lazy to read the 100+ pages that have no doubt been written in your diary since I've been gone, so please forgive me. So anything new (besides steaming piles of smelly things) going on in the last few weeks?
You should take Krista to Europe for you anniversary.
I thought of you while driving through the Scottish Highlands. You would've loved climbing up all those hills and mountains. No need to bring drinking water, as it cascades down about every 50ft, and the water is clear and fresh.

Thinking about buying a new house. Well it's not new, built in the 1700s but you get the point. Pics were posted a few days back in here but I too am lazy, lol.

That won't be happening this year or next. I would love to go sooner than later though. Your trip sounded amazing.

That's crazy! We were talking about going out there next year but we'll be traveling with friends and it seems like Hawaii is winning the vote.
Hey you. Just dropping in to say hello and hope you are having a spectacular 4th of July weekend. I'm about to head into the office...unfortunately quarter-end financial results still have to be calculated despite the date on the calendar. I'm going to try to work fast and furious and get the hell out of there.
Anyway, can't wait to hear about your next crazy circuit training session. Did you ever get the tire flipping in?
I have a son that is now 2 years old; when eh was 3years old he hardly weighted anything mean 15-17 pounds..The doctors gave him all sorts of test and said everything from he's alergic to evrything to sistic fibrosis, to everything else..The final word was mal absorption...SAY he could eat 5 bowls of cereal or other foods and only get the food value of one that was for about anything..They tested ,tested and retested..They gave him foods, liquids, and I Vs then did bloodwork....He did not get the nutrition from the foods or whatever he had..MALABSORPTION... To this day he is still small but continues to eat like a horse...
Has he been tested for Celiacs (gluten allergy)? My cousin's son had similar issues and now that he's gluten free, he's normal weight and growing like a weed.
As to the house, Steve, I wouldn't even call them and tell them that. I'd just ask if they are willing to look at offers. Then, go look at it, and if you want it, find a good buyer's agent (otherwise the seller's realtor is working for the seller and not you, and cannot help you negotiate) and write a low ball offer. I'd let them know at the time of submission that it's the best you can do. It's actually better to get the buyer's agent to show you the house in the first place for lots of reasons. If you know someone who's a realtor or have friends or family who can recommend one, I'd go with them over a stranger.
Nasty story that happened a couple of days ago here about 40min from me: a disgruntled former client was pissed at his realtor b/c his house was now worth $5K less than what he paid for it 2yrs ago. Yeah, like he's the only one in that position these days--he's lucky it's not worse than that..lol. It WAS worth that much 2yrs ago most likely. Anyway, the former client--a 73-yr-old man walked into the realtor's office and shot him point blank in the head, killing him. He was only 33 and left behind a wife and 4 kids.

Uhgg! That sucks working today. Though I'm not doing much myself. I did my grocery shopping, wrote a little, read a little and trying to figure out what, if anything, I want to do tonight.

I skipped Thursday's circuit b/c I was so damn sore and I wanted to make sure I get my strength training in on Friday.
I hope you get out of the damn office as quick as possible so you can enjoy the weekend!
