Phew, today's circuit kicked my ass. I don't know what it was but I was dying... sweating ridiculously and got so hot I had the chills. Even a cold shower didn't cool me down.

Sandbag Presses x 30 sec
Band Pulls x 30 sec
Lunging Twists with Med Ball (you get the idea, each for 30 seconds)

Agility Ladder
Supermans
Squat Jumps
Circuit 2:
Jump Rope
Russian Twists
Turkish Getups
Speed Punches with Band
Burpees
Band Rows
Single Leg Squats
Single Leg Glute Bridges with Band
Agility Ladder
Jumping Lunges
Circuit 3:
Hill Sprint
30 crunches
Hill Sprint
Plank x 30 seconds
Hill Sprint
Side Plank x 30 seconds

The only rest on this last circuit was walking down the hill. As soon as we hit the bottom we turned around and all-out sprinted to the top and moved right into a calisthenic. I beat me.
Dude measured me all up today but i suspect that 13% body fat is out a little bit, and i just want to get an overall 'how much further do i have to go' or something similar. Maybe a 'where do i go from here' even. i dunno.
Anyway if i send you a file with the measurements can you do the maths on your end and give me your professional opinion?

AC was a lot of fun.
I actually did come home at like 4 or 5 in the morning to be with her so
She's doing a lot better but still in a lot more pain than she expected. She goes to the doc tomorrow for a check up so we'll find out if everything is okay.

Lately I've been overheating easily. I'm not sure what it is but I'm keeping my eye on it. It was also really hot yesterday and I wasn't fully hydrated... one of the few days I was lazy with drinking enough.
