Heck ya! I'm stoked.

The phils won the series the year before I was born.

They went to the series in 93, which I attended. Doesn't feel all that long ago which is scarier than all hell!

Yea, I'd like to see Vic get it too. But I don't care much... I'm just happy as hell they made it.

I'd like to see Boston turn things around and make it but I'm highly doubtful.

I'm doing Day 1 Lower Body and short cardio
Day 2 Off
Day 3 Cardio only 45 min
Day 4 off
Day 5 Upper body and short cardio
Day 5 Off
Day 6 Cardio Only 45 minutes
Day 8 Off
So I have quite a break between weight workouts. I will go hard on the days I do it but I have a little pull on my left quad that hampered things today a bit. My other leg is fully recovered so that's good. I think I need that time between weight days to get used to it.
