I'm not "over-sized" anymore. Can't and don't want to remember being that way. The other day I walked by a full lenght mirror in a store and had to look twice! I didn't recognize myself!!
Happy news: without even realizing it, I have eliminated ALL artificial foods from my diet. In my initial posts I mentioned Walden Farms products. But guess what? I haven't used them in weeks and just tossed them. Wasted money but beats wasting my body!
Also, doing maleficent's april challenge which has helped me stay the course (thank you maleficient) so far I wanted to cheat 2 times but didn't
wow! thats so inspiring!!

Thank you!!
I had mostly raw vegan. But not all. My protein does come from the milk.
Also, I'd like to say that my diet was supervised by a nutritionist. It's probably not safe to do it on your own. There's a wesite for them: accuweight.com
There is also a link to a free ebook in this diary somewhere about nutrition and one-ingredient foods-the healthiest way to eat. He also has articles on his website (i think his name is coach frank).
I hope I didn't babble too much. But it has taken me years to get to this point. I started on a raw food venture back in 2002. So it's not easy. But so worth it.
i went to the accuweight website, read every page, and i still dont get it. there's no page that says what to DO...
like, i understand it uses accupressure, but what is accupressure exactly, where do i get these beads? can they be any beads? where do i place them? when?
how is this chi gong acheived? are there exercises?
what do you eat? what are the rules? i dont get any of it!
hi, snobunny--
email them! there is also an emailing list that you can join and ask questions there but I suggest the best thing to do is email the doc or call.
It's NOT an easy program, especially in the beginning, but it does get easier after the first 10 days. The time goes by so fast and you'll never regret it!
