Weighed in this morning (1/21) at 119.4 pounds
Hoping to reach first gw, 115, on 2/4
What I ate today (I realized how much I ate when I write everything down):
-two cups of yogurt (300 cal)
-one tall glass of hot chocolate (200 cal)
-apple (~40 cal)
-orange (~40 cal)
-noodles (460 cal)
-chicken wing (90 cal)
-donut (250 cal)
After you last post in my diary I decided to find if you had one yet? And of course you do! It looks like you are getting off to a good start. Now don't get discouraged about the # of cal. you are eating before 5pm. Something that might help...drink lots and lots of water. Water fills you up. You should drink a glass of water before you eat. and betweent meals. This will help you space out your meals without feeling extremly hungry.

Reinforce your bad with a good...do a little more exercise today then normal to make up for the bad. And even though it was bad you should right it down. So that it's a visual to you. If you say it's bad and see it all at the same time it might make a bigger differnce next time you choose what you are going to eat. Don't get discouraged. You'll be fine. Everyone has their good days and bad days. Look at my motto...with out struggle there can be no progress. You need to make a misstake before you can correct it.

Good job!! yeah when i have sonething "sinful" i try and work out extra hard, it kinda gives me motivation!! you sound like youre skinny minny, but i understand if youre not happy at your current weight, but man, if i was 119, id probably run around NAKED!! good job girlie, keep it up!

My intake this week sucked. Back to 120.0 Felt too guilty to come on here.
I'm glad that you are all doing so well...it's really motivating
There is good news this week....I received almost a full ride to the public university in my state
I have to get back on track, and stop bingeing.

Changing you're life style and eating habits is one of the hardest things that you have to do! Trust me, I know, and I still haven't completely changed it yet! Good luck on you're journey to 100lbs! I know you can do it!

Way to go for a scholarship!!!
Did you have to apply a lot? Is it an academic or sports scholarship? I have a junior in high school, and I need to figure out scholarship stuff. I don't know what we will qualify for.
I hope you have a great week. I'm going to try to think ahead and plan what to eat for meals & snacks today!

I've been avoiding this forum for the past 1-2 weeks mostly because of guilt. I tell myself that I will stop bingeing, and I'm successful for a couple of days, at the most, and then I crack and binge again. It's this viscious cycle that continues.

awww!! I know how you feel I like to binge to then I feel guilty and don't want to come on here...but I fight through it. Try and up your workout if you can to make up for any extra calories you are intaking due to bingeing. hang in there we can do this!
