So here I am on day 8, one week down, 8 lbs down and lots more to go. Last week went well, even with a house full of the stomach flu I managed to get in 3 days of working out, all cardio at the gym. I am averaging 550 calories burned per day right now. I am watching my portion sizes, drinking more water which is one of my hardest feats, and not eating late at night. I know some of my loss this week is due to the 1 day I was out with the flu, but hooping to maintain this week and go from there. I was back at the gym this morning and only slightly off pace.

Well today my day has gone much better, yesterday I think I jumped back into the game too quickly after the flu and was exhausted by noon. I ended up having a nap, something I never do. Anyhow, today I added 10 minutes of cycling to my 45 minutes of eliptical. I did 550 calories on the eliptical and 100 on the bike. I am hoping to continue this getting up to an hour next week.

brought a gain of one pound, but that still leaves me with 7 lbs lost in 2 weeks. I had a weekend of not watching what I was eating, just one of those, though I did avaoid birthday cake at a party yesterday. Today is a new day. On to week #3. I also meet with the trainer at the gym tommorow who will do all my measurments, and fat pinching. Will let you know how that goes. I am hoping that this will keep me more on track knowing that I will have to check in with her. It is supposed to be every 6 weeks, though I am going to see if I can get it monthly. My goal for this week is more fresh, less processed, and more water, which is always my biggest challege.
