Rep Power: 0 | | SHEW! Ok, I just got finished working out and I feel so energized!
I ate some homemade chicken noodle soup earlier today for lunch (I didn't wake up in time to eat breakfast)
And after working out it said that I rode for 30 minutes, 15.2 miles, and burnt 737 calories! 
And I've drank 50.7 oz of water..I'm proud of myself
I think I'll treat myself to Subway or Quiznos later hehe |

Rep Power: 0 | | So, I decided to get Quiznos (I'm not going to eat there so often now) the subs are quite a bit of points  But I only went 1-2 pts. over my daily allowance, and I did work out today, so I'm covered :P
I also ended up drinking (well so far anyway) 67.6 oz of water. And for dinner I had a tuna sandwich lol..(It's the only 'fish' I like).. |
