Rep Power: 23 | | I felt pretty good last night. I ate dinner around 6pm, and I didn't eat anything else the rest of the night. At midnight, I was somewhat hungry, but I didn't want to increase my calories anymore for the day. So I stood my ground and didn't eat.
I also didn't get on the treadmill. I have a ton of stuff going on for school the next 2 weeks and am starting to feel stressed, and I know this is the time to get on the treadmill. Also 2 weeks from today, at this time, I'll probably be on the slopes either skiing or ski tubing YEAH!!!!!!!!
This morning I awoke with weight at 157.6 again. I think Thursday weigh in's hate me! =) |

Back on track today though. We saw Ghost Rider; it was a toss up between Ghost Rider and Breach since we want to see both! Breach will be next in a few weeks maybe. Or we'll wait until it comes out, since we go to the movies about 3-4 times/year. The price of the theater is crazy these days! |

Rep Power: 23 | | | Hubby is going out of town on Tuesday for a week. This is one of the hardest times for me when eating. I get depressed and eat anything and everything in sight. I need to find the willpower to eat healthy and still exercise while he is gone. Last January, I weighed around 146 and he spent about 8 out of 12 weeks out of town at the beginning of the year and that is when I started gaining. I guess it is good that the ski trip is the week after, maybe that will help keep me motivated.
Although, I haven't really lost any weight this month and am disappointed about this. I'm keeping it up. It's not just about what the scale says, it's about being heatlhy. .. |

Rep Power: 10 | | Maybe you can make a little challange with yourself. Say, while he is out of town you can really concentrate on your eating and you can sorta, surprise yourself with losing some weight while he's gone. Sort of a "He's out of a town, it's my time to collect my thoughts and how things have been going and to lose a few pounds and feel great for the ski trip".
My whole point is, turn something that seems sorta negative/sad into a positive "I'll find someway/something that I can do that'll really make me feel great" =D If you find something to do, anything, even if it isn't weight related, it'll make time go by faster and before you know it, he'll be home and you wouldn't have gained weight!
I hope things go well for you =D |

Rep Power: 23 | | Thanks, Uncoverbeauty! It's really appreciated!
I am currently looking at maybe buying a workout video of some kind and Globalfit.com recommended the Yoga Booty Ballet as a good place to start. I wish they weren't so expensive! Plus, I have never been very good at Yoga, even though I only tried it once. I love to dance though, so maybe YBB will be a good thing.
I still have a ton of school work to do, so I'm thinking I'll log off and go do some more of it and start studying for my exam on Tuesday. |

You could clean up the house and organize stiff then suprise him when he gets back!! hehe. I've always wanted to do yoga booty ballet! I used to dance and I love to dance also. They are expensive though..who knows. Maybe they are worthit. Well I hope everything works out for you. |
