I really am feeling better some. There is very little pain now. I think doing some easier things will be ok.
Plus, tomorrow is WEIGH in day! I wanna be down this time. I have been up for every weigh in. |

Rep Power: 24 | | My calories for the day are WAYYYY low. I need a way to boost them up without having too much sodium or fat.
Any suggestions? Right now, it's 5pm and I'm having a dinner/lunch (since I awoke really late today), and my calories are around 650. Any suggestions? |

Rep Power: 17 | | | How many cals do you have left to spread out over the night? Maybe grab a snack like an apple or some nuts and wait a little? Sometimes if I go a longer time without eating much I don't feel hungry...then as soon as I eat it's like the appitite kicks in - hard - and if I've "used up" my remaining cals on that one meal then it's either go hungry the rest of the night or end up grabbing something else afterwards and going over cal limit. |
