Ok, I'm realizing that I need to eat more throughout the day or something because trying to a big dinner to boost up my calories at night isn't the answer.
I am not as hungry as I have been and small meals fill me up. SOooooo I am going to try to increase my caloric intake earlier in the day and eat less at night which is ideal anyway.
Thursday I have that doctor appt for the well physical and is my weigh in date for the Feb challenge! I'm hoping to see a LOSS!!!!!! ::Crosses fingers::

Hey there! I was just reading over the first page of your diary (gotta catch up!) and about the peanut butter...if you're upping your calories anyway, peanut butter is great. Yes, it's high in fat, but it has good stuff too, and is filling. A tablespoon with a banana or apple is an awesome snack or quick breakfast.

I'm not sure tomorrow's weigh in will be any better than the weight today, all I can do is continue pushing forward and something WILL change! I didn't gain the weight over night.

That's the attitude. Do the right things and the weight takes care of itself. I think the best attitude is to make the changes and the loss will happen.

Today's weigh in went as expected after watching the scale this past week.
Up .5 lbs from last Thursday. It's disheartening too, because I was down a full lb Oh well! I'll just keep trucking on. On another note, I put on a pair of jeans that I haven't worn since December, so something is going right, and my face does look thinner.
I had my well physical today and expect a good outcome of all things. I'll probably know in a week how my cholesterol and thyroid and any other things they test are.
Well, today wasn't the best day, but it definitely wasn't the worst. I parked across campus and walked to class which was basically the only exercise I got outside of normal daily stuff. (e.g. sitting on butt and typing and using mouse).
Tomorrow, I have 8th Grade English to fill in for and I'm looking forward to it. I just hope I get to do something good with the kids. I might just run down to the gym and see what there is to do when I get my break.
I need to try out the HIIT plan tomorrow evening, but after the day at the school, I have to go to my other job for at least 3 hours and get caught up. I'm quite behind! YIKES!!! so I'm guessing the HIIT will be after work. .. wonder if I'll have time since I'll be working from 7:30-7:30 Crapola! I'm going to have to make time.
I also need to find some willing participants to allow me to tape record interaction between them and some friends so that I can do my Sociolinguistics project. Joy Joy!!
Lots of stuff going on. I'm going to be busy!
