I've not been on here in ages. Got really depressed and stressed with uni and i've put on weight not a lot but i feel all fat and yucky, had to go to liverpool feeling all bloated and horrible.
I'm just finishing off my dissertation just now and then i'm joining the gym on monday, i've no excuses, i've plenty of time now, and after my exams I have every single day to work out.
I've got a goal bikini. And a mini goal pair of jeans, for some reason I have the same jeans in black and white boht the same size and the white ones are too tight for me, I can wear them but they make me look all squeezed in, I'm going to watch how they fit me for a rough guide.
I'm not really going to be out much this month so I dont even have alcohol to ruin my dieting, although I never usually find alcohol a problem for some reason, I think because I tend not to eat the next day after I've been drinking, it takes my appetite away.
I was looking at my liverpool pics, it's weird, i'm smaller and almost slimmer than my friend but I look fatter, like my body is smaller proportioned than hers but she had a flatter stomach and slimmer shoulders, it's not fair that my frames so small :P I cnt eat as much lol.
I'm so motivated, hopefully this time I can stick to it. I'm fed up of feeling horrible and less good than other people, I know it's silly but that's how I feel. If I can even gt back to the weight I was last summer i'll feel good, I felt brilliant then, I wasn't skinny but I was slimmish really only had to lose a bit of weight in my stomach and the top of my legs.

I've properly started now, I've not lost weight, but i'm not as heavy as I though, I just weighed myself at the wrong time, i'm only 143 which isn't much put on and less to lose.

I've been drinking loads of water and that really helps, plus when the suns shining my moods lots better all the horrible s.a.d. of the winters gone! Today I had a sandwich for my breakfast and a roll and ham for lunch, too much white bread. I had some chips and gravy though which isn't so good but it was shared between me my sister and niece so not terrible, and I had a microwave curry for dinner, and the tiniest bit of my easter egg, but thats it all done now so i've no more chocolate
I went a walk today and i'm workign tonite which is excercise, cnt get to the gym until monday cause thats when my inductions booked, probably wont be able to go much anyway though until my exams are done but then i'll be giong at least 4 or 5 days a week, if not more. I have lots and lots of time to excercise !!!!!!!!!

Me and my sister have started running. I was out for nearly 45 minutes today I ran quite a lotof the time as well. I'm finding it difficult but really enjoyable. My exams finish tomorrow then i'm totally focused on weight loss.

I was good today mostly. I had a banana sandwich for breakfast. Sardines and toast for lunch which is too much white bread but there wasn't anything else to have. For dinner I had a chicken and marinara sauce subway, I should have got one of the light ones but it was my full dinner so wasn't bad. I had an apple too. My only bad food was a flake, that someone in work gave me because i helped them out. But flakes are sort of low cal :S 135 i think they have.

i got weighed today and i was 150 pounds i've never been that heavy in my life i don't think.
The only good thing is that I joined the gym, curves, now. And i've got goals. I've been good today. I didn't get breakfaast because i slept in bt I had macaroni for lunch, coulnd't finish it so i didn't eat that much. I had a reallly healthy stir fry for dinner.
I'm going for my first workout tomorrow morning. And then i'm going to go everyday. I feel disgusting and need to lose weight.
The only good thing is that i'm really curvy just now :P i dont want to lose that. I've been getting chatted up constantly, every time i wear a lowish cut top,a nd i keep getting told i've got a nice bum :P If i could jsut have a flatter stomach and thinner face i'd be happy but i've not so i want to be thinner more than keep my curves.
I was looking at my holiday pics from last year, I still felt fat last year, I knew i was a bit thinner becasue i felt ok to wear a bikini although I knew my stomach was sill a bit biggish. When i looked at the pics though my arms are thin and my face and my legs are really skinny and toned and they're all brown, I want to look like that again. I dnt remember my legs beign like that, If i knew at the time i'd never have been out of shorst lol. I was only maybe a stone lighter there as well, I think I was just about 135 or 134 pounds, but i'd excercised a lot.

Today wasnt' bad, i went to the gym early this morning. It was only like my induction though I don't feel like I did enough. I'm thinking of buying a treadmill as well.
I had a wee salad thing and a mango for breakfast. Lunch I had chilli chiken ramen from wagamamas, which wasnt so good, and I had a smoothie later from coffee republic, but it was a low cal one. And half an oreo :P
I had steak for dinner but I only ate half and it was a small one, a few chips and sweetcorn with only about 2 tablespoons of pepper sauce. I think my calories are about 1600-1700 not as low as I wanted because i ate lunch out, 2moro should be less.

I've been so so bad the last few weeks, but i'm fed up of beign a mess. My wee cousin was over from ireland and i've been making excuses but todays my first day at the gym. I'm going to do slim-fast for a few weeks as well, I'm finding it hard to start dieting I just want a wee quick start. I had soup for lunch today with a slice of bread and i'm having a roast dinner, i'll just take a small portion and it should b fine. I didn't have time for breakfast. I'm going to start planning my meals more, tomorrow i'm having slim fast for two meals and grilled chicken and veg for one.
I'm going to the gym a wee while after dinner today and i'm goign to go earlier tomorrow.
I feel motivated againa nd i'm definately doing it this time, i cnt remember the last time I felt nice or that I looked good

I'm going to make small goals, my first goal is to be 140 pounds by the 20th of June. Usually any weight I have over 10 stone I lose quickly so hopefully it'll come off before that, but that's my goal.
That's less than 3 pounds a week which should be ok.

I was good at the start of today, I had slim fast for breakfast and lunch, an apple and raisins for a snack and grilled chicken with sweetcorn and brussel sprouts(i hate them but it was the only veg) for dinner. I ended up having two slices of toast though and a fanta slush puppy.
2moro i'm working so less time to snack.

Today i'm having slim fast for breakfast and lunch. For dinner i'm havnig a steak with potatoes and sweetcorn orcorn on the cob, but I wnt add butter. Tht'as not the healthiest. Every time I go on a diet my mum starts cooking nice dinners when normally i'd cook for myself, which isn't good because she alwasy cooks unhealthy things except for her bolognese and macaroni.

Yesterday I was really healthy, I thought i'd ruined it by having creamy pepper sauce but it's packet made and wehn i checked the calories and fat it was actually good.
TOday I had slim-fast for breakfast, and a roll and grilled bacon for lunch. I'm having a pasta ready meal for dinner. And I had an apple and raisins for a snack.
