I';ve got this detox plan thing where i eat fruit the first day, then veg, then fruit and veg, then bananas and soup, then beef and tomatoes , then beef and all veg then brown rice and fruit :P it's meant to be really good, i know most of the weight lost on these things is water but tis' a wee boost

That is the sacred heart soup diet!! I've done that before.. the first time I found it tough, but the second time it was fairly easy to follow. It's the first three days that are the toughest. It's not too bad though... not something I'd consider doing for anything more than a detox. I didn't lose NEARLY as much weight on it as the diet says either.

Good luck with that, I'll be checkin in to see how it works for you.

I started taht today anyway, it says its better if u have only watermelon the first day but for some reason i cant find one in the shops lol, so i had some melon, mango and an apple.

I've been to the gym as well, they did my monthly measurements, i'm 143 pounds which i knew, i've put inches on in my chest, lol probably the pill but everywhere else i've lost. Actually she said i'd gained in my waist, but where she measured was much higher than the last woman, and not round my waist line so i'm going to measure it myself because it feels smaller to me.

Yes you are supposed to eat the soup everyday. It says, the more soup you eat, the more you will lose.

One more question lol, I couldn't get all the ingredients for the soup, is it ok to make it with a stock cube? i put in water tinned tomatoes, a stock cube, some carrots and celery and a large onion.

U'm yea I'm sure thats fine. I think that the broth is mostly just to give the soup some flavour other than water and veggies haha.

I got my davina mccall video and it's helped, I was so unmotivated the last couple of weeks and my weights not gone down, but now I've started doing this, I got up and went to the gym today as well which was good.

For breakfast I had porridge.
Lunch was lettuce and shredded carrots, with half a teaspoon of olive oil and a tiny bit of cheese. I had an apple for a snack as well.
For dinner i'm planning on having spaghetti with tomato sauce and mushrooms, and some veg.
The only bad thing i've had today was a tiny tiny little snack milky way thing, but it's only 40 calories which fitted in to my day

:s :S :S :S :S :S i'm just finding this so hard to stick to :S :S :S I can't seem to get myself into the excercising and I'm doing absolutely terrible on the eating.

Today i'm going to try my best, I had frosties for breakfast, and I decided to ahve a pasta thing for lunch but it was pretty high cal, so i'm just going to have a green salad for dinner which will be very low cal.

I need 2 force myself to do the full hour of my excercise video.

I know it helps me if I make a rough plan of what I'm going to eat each day ESPECIALLY when trying to get started. I also know that when I'm consistently exercising, it's much easier for me eat healthy.

You can do it! You KNOW you CAN do it!
