I did most of my video I didn't finish the bums and legs bit, cause it's all squats and lunges which i know are really good but they bore me so easily :S I did all the rest though and I feel good. Drank nearly two litres of water as well

My diets not amazing to do but it's good enough.

awww you are so pretty!! I don't think you look bad in any of those pics, but I think it's a great idea to post them for some extra motivation. Good luck this weekend. I know that's when I always have the most trouble!!!

I've been not well the last few days so i've not been excercising or anything but I have lost 2 pounds in the last two days because i couldn't eat :P

On tuesday all i ate was half a bowl of cheerios a tiny bit of soup about 2 spoonfuls of rice and ginger and spring onion sauce and 2 bites of tuna lol, and yesterday I had a cup of tea and half a bowl of soup.

Today i've had some crisps and a roll, but I still dont' feel like i'll eat much later.

I've joined weight watchers online hopefully i can stick to that My sisters friends been doing it, i've not seen her but supposedly she looks amazing now and has lost lots and lots of weight

I can eat 18 points a day which seems a lot to me, since a slim fast is only 4 points or 3 and a half something like that. which would leave me a lot of points to eat.

I need to lose this weigh my confidence is so low right now.

I was on anight out and a freind from work (who kind of fancies me :P ) kept going on about htis outfit i wore last year iwth shorts and stuff, and how it was like sienna miller and most girls couldn't pull it off, but it just depressed me because i''d never have the confidence to wear it now and even if i did i just doin't look good enough to wear it :S

checked my weight this morning and i've put back on all my weight, hopefully it's just water retention or something. Anyway I don't feel to bad about it, I feel back on track again, this weight watchers thing makes it seem so easy, I should have joined years ago, although to me the 18 points seems a lot, but I suppose it's nice slow weight loss.

I did my davina vid last nite and felt really good, and I got up this morning and did the abs bit

I feel like i'm motivated to do this now, I've started imagining what i'll look like which they always say is an important thing to do in weight loss.

Way to get back on track!!! You can definitely do it. Just stick with it and you will be at your goal before you know it.

Yesterday I ate really good mostly, had slimfast for breakfast. I couldn't get lunch because of the times i was working but I had two apples and 2 wee tiny sweetie things which worked out to one point lol. For dinner I had a baked potato (my mum cooks them in oil though :S) with some lettuce so cold beef and cheese. I think i was just about 18 points becaue of teh oily potato and the cheese, even though I didn't eat much.

Today so far i've only had a coffee and a kit kat, i'm feeling really not hungry for some reason :S

I've ordered a treadmill off ebay!!!! A manual one, don't know how well they work, but it wasn't too expensive, i'm so excited about it lol.

Today i'm giong to do the pilates part of my davina dvd, my arms and stomach muscles are sore so hopefully it'll stretch them out a bit.

I've decided only to weigh myself once a week, it's hard though I'm used to doing it every day but I want to see proper differences.

Hey nice to see you getting back on track!! Not sure if you saw how my detox ended. Well I freaked out pretty much. I made it to day 6 lunch and at dinner I had my regular food and that was the end of that. After completing as much as I did, I reduced my calorie intake to about 1100 for 3-5 days and then slowly increased it back to what I was at. I was super scared of putting all the weight back on. In the end I lost about 5lbs. I went from 142 (bad weekend so the weight was high) to 137. Moral of the story.... that detox is the worst thing ever and I'm never doing it again.

Keep up the great workouts and determination and good eats!!

Well the weight keeps fluctuating thanks to my splurging weekends this month. I was 133.4 on friday and then Monday I weighed 137.8. This morning I am down to 134.4 so I am not too concerned. I just hope that by the weekend I can be 132.x. That would be fantastic!! I am taking some pics and measurements on Saturday and posting them up here so you can see how I've changed. The problem for me is that my stomach is larger than my hips. Just in the past week I've been able to wear nice tight shirts and feel decent about them. But if they are too tight there is still a chub at my stomach. Oh well, just keep on pushin right??

Your still doing really good, it's probably easier to stick to if u allow yourself to cheat some weekends

I'm feeling really good today, I had a slim fast for lunch and for dinner I had shredded duck pancakes, I love them so much but I think they're quite fattening, seems weird because therse not much to them. I had a packet of crisps and 3 fruit pastilles but thats not too bad, and a capri sun lol i'm so addicted to them but theyre too high calorie to drink a lot, like 100 and something in one little pouch.

I did bits and pieces of excercise during the day as well.

The only problem is it's my friend bday on saturday and I'm going out and I know i'm going to drink I just wouldn't enjoy it if I didn't and i've been really looking forward to it, but I'm scared it'll ruin this week and i've been trying really hard :S

I wish i'd started earlier so that i'd be thinner for this nite out, I saw a raelly good outfit with sort of lacy tights and a black dress and i'd really like to wear it but my legs arent thin enough :S
