Rep Power: 7 | | If you're going to weigh yourself every day, it might be a good idea to track it and find your average weight each week. That is what I do and it has allowed me to weigh myself every day without getting upset if my weight goes up a day or two bc it's all about the average. I think it's more accurate then weighing once a week and much more forgiving then just looking at how your weight changes each day.
What in the world are shredded duck pancakes??? I guess they're exactly what they sound like. I've never heard of them in my life though. Must be an English thing
That's nice you're friend is having a bday party tomorrow, but I definitely understand what you mean when you say that you're scared about it ruining your week. My bf (who know lives over 2 hours away) is coming to visit me this weekend, and I'm also a bit worried that him coming is going to ruin all the progress I've made this week. I KNOW that I'm going to be drinking both Friday and Saturday. Maybe it'd help to set a limit of the amount of drinks you'll have on Saturday and stick to that limit? I'm thinking of doing that, but I've tried it before and it NEVER works. Once I start I like to just keep on going haha. I'm going to try my best though!! I'm also worried bc I'm going to be eating out a lot this entire weeked. I'll also probably get some type of fastfood on Monday bc I'm driving 3 hours with my roommate to go see Radiohead. There will most likely also be drinking involved, but I'd like to avoid that as much as possible.
Anyway let's try our best this weekend. We've both worked really hard and deserve to have some fun, but not enough fun to ruin all of our progress! Definitely let us know how Saturday night goes! |

Rep Power: 12 | | I went to the radiohead concert in glasgow it was sooo good!!! I was so drunk though lol, dnt think i heard most of it :P
Shredded duck pancakes are chinese, it's really fine rice pancakes with duck and hoisin sauce, therse very little to them but they seem to be high calorie not sure why :S
I'm thinking a few wines will get me drunk quick and that means i'll have less to drink and less calories lol.
Enjoy your weekend !!! |

Rep Power: 12 | | Yesterday wasn't so good, i only ended up with a really short lunch and i was absolutely starving so i ended up having crisps, and a twix then when i finished work i was starving again and theres a mc donalds two minutes away so I had a chicken nugget meal
Today though i'm completely back on track, had a coffee, some tomato soup and bread and i'm having a weight watchers meal for dinner.
Got my treadmill!!! so i did 12 minutes, trying to do the couch to 5k plan, but i couln't last the 20 mins, it's so clammy here though so thats probalby not helping plus the treadmills manual so it's a steepish incline which will make it more difficult. It was good though I feel good now. |

Rep Power: 12 | | I did my weight watchers weigh in on monday and I was back up to 146 pounds which is really annoying because although I drank and things at the weekend I was pretty good really. It was 144 again the next day so I think i mus just have weighed at the wrong time or something. This week i've been terrible no excercise and terrible eating I have plans for tomorrow and i'm going to force myself to stick to them |

Rep Power: 12 | | Hey nat that definately sucks about the weigh in. I'm sure it was just bad timing though. As you have told me, don't worry about the slips. Just jump back on the wagon and keep on truckin. I was up to 137 yesterday morning from my week of bad eats and no exercise and all those tacos, but today I was back down in the 134's. I think that once a low number shows on the scale, it's easier to get back to that number if you slip up.... or so my experiences have told me. Anyways keep working hard!! I wanna hear all about your good eats and workout today |

Rep Power: 12 | | Thanks I had cereal today for breakfast, and I had chinese for dinner, tried to be healthy though, just had soup and some boiled rice and sweet and sour sauce, with chicken and I didn't eat too much. I'm going to do 25 minutes on the treadmill. |

Rep Power: 12 | | I ended up cheating a wee bit last nite, I had a banana a kit cat and a cheese triangle, don't think it's the worst cheat every though at least it was fairly low cal.
This morning I had beans and toast for breakfast, so it's just a cup a soup for lunch, and a weight watchers meal for dinner. I don't know why since i've been doing terrible for weeks but today and yesterday i've been feeling alot slimmer, my waist is smaller and I can feel my ribs more when I lie back, my hip bones are more sticky out too. |

It's all good. I just had some chocolate pudding. Bad but oh so good.
I'm actually thinking of grabbing some of those gourmet dessert flavoured yogurts that are only 40 cals. they sound soooooo yumms.

Rep Power: 12 | | lost another wee pound i just feel a lot thinner just now, feeling really good
I went to a barbeque yesterday probably ate a bit too much. I only had a wee breakfast so I ate too much meat, but not as bad as I could have been.
Today I had a peice and ham, coffee and a weight watchers lasagna with sweetcorn. |

Rep Power: 7 | | Sounds like you're doing great. It's crazy how seeing even just the tiniest bit of progress can totally change one's mindset. I'm glad you're feeling thinner and feeling good. Keep it up!! |

I've lost another pound. The only thing about the weight watchers thing is that i'm feeling really hungry on it, I think i'll have to start eating more vegetables. other than that it's pretty easy to follow | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
