really annoyed, i've been working so hard for days and i've only lost a pound. My stomach feels flatter though and my skin feels nice.

so you're still seeing improvement? then its working! dont worry about the scale number. start taking measurements.

Steve made an awesome post ?(although i cant find it now.. i was gonna link it) about the weight just being a number, that no one else knows, you should be more concerned with body compostion, and how you feel.

So unless your in some sort of competition sport seperated by weight class, you shouldnt base your success on that number.

i did measurements and i'm not any smaller at all. hopefully by the end of the week.

I've lost two pounds

feeling brilliant today, i went for a sunbed and i feel tanned and i can see the slightest difference in my face. I've not lost any weight in my stomach but it feels less bloated and a lot flatter

I've been using fitday and it's brilliant

my current goal is to lose about 6 pounds by the next two weeks, if i do i'm getting my belly button peirced i'd wait until i lose all the weight but i'm going on holiday and i need time to let it heal.

I had to decide between that and a tatoo and i chose that. Although i might get a tattoo later, either a tiny one on my hip or to the side of my back.

6 pounds is a steep goal with only 24 to lose, dont be suprised if you only get 2-4. dont rush it!

yesterday was a terrible day

I had a sausage at breakfast, but didn't take any bread or anything to try and minimise the damage :P

Then went out for dinner with my bf, and i had a large plate of pasta. Then he encouraged me to have a wafflet hing with ice cream- i shared it with him though and tried not too eat much. Plus i never finished my pasta, i gave it to him. I drank 3 glasses of wine and a vodka as well.

I was depressed today when i realised my weight hadn't dropped but i've actually lost 3 pounds this week anyway

Not feeling too bad now and i was good this morning, had a smallish bowl of porridge.

Never got a chance to excercise yesterday either, other than the walking in town. I feel like it gave my muscles a chance to rest though, so i'll excercise today and it should be fien.

oh yeah, my boyfriend said he could notice a difference in my face after this week. But he's moaning that i've not to lose as much as 26 pounds, but i'll be happy when i get to that weight

I know for a fact that i'll be told im too thin, but i also know that i'm built like my sister who's even thinner than that and looks brilliant so i think it's fine.

i've chosen my outfit for when i lose the weight :P a bikini and shorts and zipper, all adidas but not at all neddy(chavish).

Sometimes it takes quite awhile to notice the weight loss - I started out much heavier then you, however, I lost 25 pounds before anyone even noticed! It was VERY disheartening!

Keep going, and know that in no time, you WILL be able to see a difference

I went shopping today for holiday clothes- made me feel really good i've got a pretty short skirt in it, and with my sunbed tan :P my legs look quite toned, not slim enough, but they still look nicer than they used to- Chunky but toned :P

I haven't lost any weight since wednesday and my measuremetns arent any less, i think i've only noticed it in my legs because they were already sort of toned because i walk in work, and it didn't take much to notice. My cheekbones are starting to show a tiny bit, but i just feel like nothings happening and that i'm never going to make it for holiday.

I've decided if i do i'm changing my hair. I've had my hair long and straign and sort of light blonde for almost six years- if i lose weight for holiday i'm getting it kind of short and messy and platinum blonde :P my hair grows fast so i can grow it if i don't like it and it'll be much better for my holiday, because mine takes too much work.

When i used to walk in a short skirt my legs always wobbled a wee bit, now they don't i feel better knowing that.

Dropped another pound, i'm on target for losing enough weight )

my face feels slimmer. Still hate my stomach though.

I just cant wait till my exams are done now and i can get to the gym everyday.

My measurments on march the 29th were:

height: 5ft2

Yesterday was terrible I was doing so good, all day, i ate really well and didn't overeat. I had worked out my calories perfectly, then my boyfriend tempted me with pepperoni pizza :s i think he did it to be evil since he knows i'm on a diet :P

My weight hasn't changed but i was panicking so much. I was glad i'd only stuck to two slices, my appetite seems to have gone down so much since i've been dieting, i get really full now.

Hopefully i've not messed it up. My calories were perfect yesterday until the pizza.

I went to the sunbeds again today (terrible i know but it makes me feel so good, i'll stop once i look ok

Just need to find the motivation now to excercise.
