I feel really sick and i can' tget the motivation to excercise but i feel like i really need 2. I read in someons diary or something that i should do 10 minutes and see how i feel. I'll try.

So feeling ok today i think i lost another pound today although my digital scales are broken and it's harder to judge on the other ones, but i always use both every day and i'm pretty sure it's gone down a pound
I bought a new excercise video today, the dirty dancing one and then read reviews that said it was terrible, but nevermind lol at least it's excercise. I've ordered the vicky entwistle one which is supposed to be fantastic so can't wait for that to come.
I'm starting to get stressed about my exams, i can't wait till they're done even though i'll probably fail (bit of a messed up year) and i'm scared that i'll get no degree, or only a basic degree. I think i would reapply to uni for something like zooology if they would take me :P
I felt thin yesterday in work, and thought my face looked thinner, but everyone kept asking me if i was ok lol, i did feel sick though so maybe i was pail.
I've just gone on to the contraceptive pill a week ago and i'm paranoid it'll make me fat. Plus i'm already a hypochondriac :P and keep thinking i'm taking haemorraghes and things because i've been getting headaches :P

maybe you could boost your calories but decrease fat by having a breakfast thats not so sugarry ( i think i read you have honey nut flakes) .. something like oatmeal/porridge. its really filling and i never need to eat until at least 1.30 ish when i ve had it for breakfast. if you find it too savoury then add a tea spoon of honey or jam. its more calories but then prevents any snackiness so is better in the long run.

i don't normally eat honey nut bran flakes, it was just all we had, normally i have bran flakes, or porridge, or if i really can't face them then a slice of toast.

I've had a terrible day eating. I had toast for breakfast, which wasn't too bad, although i need to eat less bread. But i was starving at dinner time, and didn't have a lot of time to get ready for work, so i had a microwave chicken curry and chips, and later i had toast and tuna.
I did my video, and planning on either doing that again, or my normal video.
Oh yeah, i had some sugarry ribena, and 3 butter biscuits in work

This is my calorie report from fitday for the last fortnight. I need to cut down my caloreis a bit, and my fat a lot, and eat more protien. I tend to undereat protein because i'm so used to being a vegetarian, six years is a long time.

Today has been terrible, my mum bought me a chocolate fountain for my easter, and i didn't eat a lot, but i had a few chunks, too much. And last nite i ended up eating crisps as well as the stir fry.

I know i've had a bad day, but i did a little bit of excercising, and now i'm getting dresssed up for a party which makes me feel good even though i've not lost masses of weight, my shoulders and face look slimmer so i'm going to wear a boob tube with a little jacket thing, to show off my shoulders

I felt so good last nite, i had a boob tube top on and my shoulders looked all slim, i could even sort of see my hip bones I got called hot :P It was actually that i would be hot if i smiled but never mind :P
I had bunny ears on all night that i stoel from my friend lol.
I've not lost weight but i feel so much more toned and firm. My stomachs a lot smaller and my arm.

I've been terrible since Easter, put back on a pound, but tomorrow i will be eating no more that 1200 calories. I got vicky entwistles video, she looks brilliant and it's quite a good routine so i'll try that alongwith my dance video and see if it works.
I have a goal, i've bough harem pant things for the beach on holiday but they're really pretty and i've decided if i can lose the weight i'll be a belly dancer at halloween with a belly top on :P and my belly button will be peirced then so i can have a kind of cool belly bar in.

I got my belly button peirced, i wanted to weight till i'd got to nder 140 pounds but it wouldn't have been healed in time for holiday. I feel thinner and i've lost a couple of pounds It looks good, my stomach is getting flatter and i got a pink jewel
I've walked but not done my videos the last couple of days, i'll do two tonight i thihnk.

I've not been on this site for a while. I didn't get as thin as i wanted for holiday but i did wear a bikini!!! i was still thinner than a lot of people i saw in them so i wasn't too worried.
I lost a lot of weight during and after my holiday, i'm now around 9st 10 which is really good for me, although the last week of two i've been really bad, and although i've not put weight on my stomach and arms feel less toned. I need to excercise more,.

Today i felt good again my weight hasnt' changed but it's only been a day.
I did my excercise video again, somehow it felt harder today, and i had bran flakes ofr breakfast again, had a wee bit too much for dinner but think i balanced it out ok.
I'm going to do more sit ups and push ups. Been dreaming about my bikini :P
Really, you shouldnt weigh yourself every day. Its no good indication, and just say you drop a pound in a day, its pretty unlikely because it takes A LOT to burn a pound of fat.
Maybe try weighing in every week? Its a more accurate way of measuring fat loss.
