hey nice to have you back with us. dont worry about the results for your eighteenth birthday. 20 pounds is still 20 pounds lighter than you were when you started. think of it as a long term project and just keep gradually chipping those pounds off with a balanced diet and regular exercise. it shouldnt have to be a military procedure of lettuce leaves and marathons - make being healthier something you enjoy doing because you know how good you feel when youve done something positive. weight loss will happen along the way.
anyway hope to see you back here regularly again - i fell off the band wagon and now im back!
