As a kid, I was very heavy. I am now sixteen, and with most of puberty behind me, I am not any longer obese. I decreased my body fat % from 30 to 19. I have heard that six packs usually become visible around 10%, but I am not sure of this ... Anyone heard anything? I have done this the right way for the most part ... not really dieting, just not eating three pizzas and four gallons of ice cream every night for dinner, and I am trying to get in some exercise. It has been sort of hard to move any lower than around 18% though ... I guess I am at my current BMR and need to decrease food intake (which may just slow my metabolism) or drastically increase cardio ... Any ideas?
