Rep Power: 0 | | Tanita makes very good quality scales, i would wait till the innerscan models come out over here though. And just remember hydration levels will greatly effect fat % on impedance scales.
Today: diet same as normal but im gonna cut down on the "cheating" but kick up my carbs just a bit because im gonna start doing my 1.5 mile run every morning and my 3.5 mile run every other night.
Ran my 3.5 loop today but i spiced it up a little bit
Arm and leg weights, 5 lbs apiece.
My hamstring is still not 100% so i used the weight to make up for speed but still have all the intensity. And trust me, putting 5 lbs on each limb and then running 3.5 miles is TOUGH. Burned a whole lot of calories though, 991 to be exact. Half mile warm up, 2.5 mile run, half mile cool down. It was fun
But gotta go, gotta get cleaned up and ride to work and back. Good for another 900 kcals.

Rep Power: 0 | | Its was really windy this morning and i felt it was time for another day off. I still havta ride to work later so all is not lost. I did a nice long heated massage this morning (1am ) and im feeling good.
My legs are growing at a pretty fast rate right now cause ive been switching my workouts up everytime. And i think im gaining as much muscle as fat im losing right now cause the scale hasnt moved in a couple days, i am getting much much stronger though. Maybe this Sunday i will go run the mountain, now thats fun. |

Rep Power: 0 | | screw that damn scale
its reading 210 but i know what the real truth is. My brand new pants i need to wear with a belt and my other pair (34's) fit nice around my waist but the rest of my tummy n tire hang just a lil. Heh, started out wearing 40s and now to 34s
And my day off was fun but tommorow is gonna be killer. Planning on running the 6 miles to my work then picking up my bike there then biking 6 more miles to the main office to pick up my check then riding 12 miles back home. |

Burned a measly 1350 calories and it felt easy

Rep Power: 0 | | Diet is same as usual
Tonight i ran my night loop, half mile warm up, run 1.5 miles steady medium speed, run the next 1 with 3 interval sprints thrown in, 1.5 mile cool down.
The secret to having hard workout then doing it again the next day is cool down. I always try to walk 1/2 as much as i ran for a cool down. Its not waste though, my HR stays in 2.5 - 3 zones which means i burn quite a few fat calories while cooling down.
Anyways gonna sleep now, gotta ride to work in the morn.
later. |
