It's actually 277.8 but I've started rounding down to the whole number to really push myself. I'm pretty happy with the numbers thus far and I appreciate the support. I will update with my food and exercise for the day. Thanks for reading |

Rep Power: 34 | | | Hi Patrick. When I started, I had 80 lbs. to lose, so I know it can be a bit daunting at first. But it looks like you're well on the way! Good work!
I weigh myself every day, and record the reading on a spreadsheet. But I also keep a 5 day moving average, so that evens out the fluctuations a bit. LOL, that way if my daily weight dips, I can get encouraged from that, but if it goes up, I focus on the moving average, which isn't as bad.
I'll be checking in now and then to see how you're doing. |

For dinner I had ANOTHER leftover sloppy joe with hot sauce and ranch and apple sauce. All in all a good day, I hope I can keep pulling the numbers I've been but if I don't that's ok too as long as I'm dropping weight. Thanks for reading guys. |
