Hey ya'll...
This is my first entry in my "diary". As I've said before, I'm just tired of being that 25-30 pounds over weight. So, I guess I should start with dimensions? I'm about 5'7", and 159 lbs. I guess it's not so bad, but I still hate it. Hah. Add me as a buddy if you wish, I'm interested in progress stories!

Ugh, okay so these are the most recent "body shots" if I can even call them that. Haha I hate actual body shots. They were taken about a week ago.

youve got a great figure now - but that facial deformity should probably be looked at by a dermatogist - you look far too beautiful to have that star disfigurement

-Entry 2-: -sigh- Okay, so this week has been stressfull and full of fights at home, but regardless of that, I've been staying on track with the diet. Saturday is the end of week one, and I get to weigh in. Hopefully what I've done will amount to something. This really needs to happen for me, once and for all.

Wink -end Of Week One-

-Entry Three-: Okay so basically today marks the end of week one. I definately feel that I could have done better, or been stricter in the snacking department. Overall I think I did alright. I am now 157. Hooray!

-Entry 4-: Gah, I caught a cold...Now I'm on meds and I feel all dizzy. Anyways, last time I checked I am 156.4 lbs. Yay.
