Good morning everyone.. I am started my morning pretty crappy! My thighs hurt soo bad, i think its from the incline on my treadmill. I gave myself a break yesterday with exercising, and i think today also. Its hurts soo bad.. on top of everything, i had a fever all night yesterday, looks like the flu is going to hit me really soon. gosh darn it!

I had another compliment yesterday from my mom! she said my bootie got smaller too lol .. i dont know how thats possible in only 10 days..I cant wait till this friday, my second weigh day

my menu today will be..

Breakfast:10:30 am
1 slice toasted bread with low fat cheese. 110
1 cup OJ 110

snack: 12 pm
Medium Pear 95 calories

Lunch: 1:30pm
vegetable salad ( boiled carrots, potatoe,egg,and pickles, with a bit of mayo and mustard)
Slice of bread with butter - around 250 calories

snack 3:00pm
pear 95 c- peach 40c- orange 60c - Total 195 calories

Dinner: 4:30
I think i will make some homemade chicken soup with noodles, celery, carrots. 200 calories.
1/2 chicken breast 150 calories
with carrots 20 cal
cauliflour 20 cal

Snack
2 oranges -120 cal
1 apple- 70 cal

Total for today - 1340 calories

the achiness might also be the flu hope it does avoid you.. drink lots and lots of water and hope for the best...

I think the flu may have avoided me! (knocking on wood)I feel so much better today.Still have not exercised on my treadmill . Been 3 days now? I miss it. My legs arent in pain today, but have been painting the loft for 4 hours, and am just too tired, counting that as my workout, lot of ladder climbing..I will get some pictures soon I think i might have a picture of the bathroom though, maybe you all can help me with colors. Yep here it is.. The Tub is a peach color, and tiles are white with peach.

Heres my menu today..and i did 25 minutes treadmill (brisk walk) not overdoing it anymore

I'm having a cereal craving today




Breakfast:
Kellogg's Special K Cereal, 2 cup (1 serving) 235
Whole Milk / Vitamin D, 1 cup 150

Lunch:
Bread, rye, 2 slice 166
Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 1 tbsp 57
Ham, extra lean, 4 slices 149

Snack: 1 pear, medium 98

Dinner:
Chicken Noodle Soup 95

Snack:
Lucky Charms Cereal, 1 cup (1 serving) 114
Whole Milk / Vitamin D, 1 cup 150

Total:
CALORIES 1,213
CARBS 161
FAT 35
PROTEIN 67

Another busy day for me, i couldnt even find enough time to eat..I had too few calories today. Walked 30 minutes.

Menu today


Breakfast: Skipped oops

Lunch
Subway 6" Roast Beef Sub, 1.5 serving 440 calories

Dinner:
Chicken Breast, no skin, fried, 1/2 breast 161 calories

Mashed Potatoes, 1 cup 162 calories

Cucumber (peeled), 1/2 cup, sliced 7 calories with
Sour Cream, 1 tbsp 26 calories

Vinegar,salt,pepper to taste

Totals:
Calories (goal 1200-1550) 795
Carbs (goal 135-252) 107
Fat (goal 27-60) 15
Protein (30-126) 62

wow 726 for the day? thats a meal short of your goal... (sheesh im one to talk) maybe some extra grease from the fried chicken got in and it helped even you out Maybe some peanuts might help ya make your goal giving your limited time, helps me out.

I think i will go and buy some peanuts! lol it was such a busy day, i had my dinner at 8 pm!

Today is Friday! my weigh in.Last weeks weigh in 195.4, this week 193.6

Again meaurements show many inches gone!
Bust - 40
arms 14 in (working a lot around the house. muscle mass?)
waist:
Above naval - 37.5 in
Below Naval - 40 in
Hips 41.5 in
Thighs 23 1/2 in the same
calves 16 in


Last weeks measurements:
Bust - 41 1/4 in
arms 13 3/4 in
waist:
Above naval - 39 in
Below Naval - 41 1/4 in
Hips 42 1/2 in
Thighs 23 1/2 in
calves 16 1/4 in


Began diet: Measurements:
Bust - 44 in
Arms - 14 in
Waist:
above naval 41 in
below naval 44 in
Hips - 44 in
thighs - 24 1/2 in
calves - 16 1/2 in

Thanks Mal! I'm getting too excited here lol..I havnt been close to 180's in long time!


Going to do my daily walk on treadmill tonite. Going to push it up to 35 minutes.

Heres my menu. Again skipped breakfast. I had absoulutly no food to eat, so had to go shopping in the morning. This is where i would take my trip to mcdonalds before shopping Im so proud of myself Tomorrow will be the beginning of a whole new week. My 3rd!


Breakfast:
Coffee - 5 calories
Creamer - 40 calories

Lunch:
1/2 cup VEGETABLE SALAD includes:
Peas, canned, 10 grams -7 calories
Carrots, cooked chopped, 1 tbsp -3 calories
Hard Boiled Egg chopped, 1 tbsp -13 calories
Dill Pickles, Tbs chopped -3 calories
Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 1 tbsp -57 calories
Boiled Potato 10 grams - 9 calories
Mustard, salt pepper to taste
Orange Juice - 110 calories

CHICKEN SANDWICH:
1 slice rye bread - 83 calories
1 tbsp Mayo - 57 calories
Sliced, roasted chicken breast, fat-free - 33 calories
1 slice swiss cheese - 107 calories wow didnt know that!
Dinner:
CABBAGE ROLLS:
White Rice, long grain, 1 cup -205 calories
Ground Pork, 2 oz - 168 calories
Hunt's Ketchup, 2 tbsp -30 calories
Cabbage, fresh, 2 leaf- 8 calories
Coffee - 5 calories
Creamer - 40 calories

Snacks:
Oranges, 2 fruit (2-5/8" dia) 123 calories
Pears, fresh, 1 pear, medium - 98 calories

Havn't mentioned, i am keeping up really good with my 8 glasses of water




Totals:

Carbs (goal 135-252) 174
Fat (goal 27-60) 38

I finally have the pictures of all that work (painting) I have been doing in the new addition Still have the master bedroom , bathroom, kids bath, and laundry room to paint! i dont think i will ever have this finished!

ooooo So today im in this happy mood, my husband comes home from work, we were watching some tv and i wanted to tell him about my almost 2 lbs loss this week..so i told him " I lost some more weight! with excitement..He looks at me and just smiles..what was that supposed to be? i thought maybe i would hear a "good for you" or im happy for you argh! it looked more like a "yeah whatever, for how long will this last"

I know deep inside he doesnt care of my dieting, because he doesnt believe in me losing this weight..I can almost read his mind.."shes going to quit like she always does"
GGrrr

I'll show him!!!!!

On top of this all.I just realized that he was the one who was making me diet in the first place..this goes a few months back.

Every day i heard, you should eat some fruits, all you eat is junk, your going to be obese in the next 10 years, stop eating at night, i never see you drinking water, how about some salad?

how about complimenting me now? with all these fruits i eat? veggies? everyday! all i drink is water! he offered me a can of soda yesterday!!! a test?
im on my treadmill every night while he is watching his movies. Its like hes not noticing this change in my life.

sorry i need to vent!! i just want to kick him now while hes sleeping

i completely understand. my mom acts the same way and so are my friends...like 'no way she's sticking to it'...but for the first time ever i didn't have this urge to show them. i did get upset and i angry and told them that i don't deserve that kind of attitude, and that they should show some support.

so i'm gonna say what he had to say: i think you're doing a wonderful job and whoooo hooo for some more weight lost!

So my husband tried to make me eat pizza, and i said no.. Hes like you dont want pizza?? we havent had any in ages! i said NO i am on a diet..

Apparently he didnt know i was on a diet.. How can you not notice?? and...i told him i was on a diet 2 weeks ago. he must have not been listening..

I told him i wouldn't eat the pizza, and suggested popeyes instead..(bad idea) i could have had a slice of pizza instead..

Menu today..BAD BAD BAD.THOSE DARN BISCUITS! I wouldnt have thought they were so fattening and high in calories!!! oops well we learn from our mistakes. I will be on my treadmill tonite for a very long time



morning 30 minutes treadmill, fast walk, light jog
evening 25 minutes , fast walk
