Not sure how many of you out there are watching the Australian version of Biggest Loser right now, but tonight is the finale. Anyone care to guess who will win?
My vote is for Marty. What a champion! Booted out twice and still determined and dedicated. Not to mention the guy looks great!

I think that show is kind of good and kind of bad. I mean people can watch it and get some inspiration from it, but I can see just as many people watching it and thinking to themselves "if only I was on TV I could do that too" when really they can do it. I found this site BodyFights.com the other day, it's kind of rough but the concept is similar to the biggest loser except it is more of a partner thing where you work with each other to reach your goals, I think something like that can give inspiration all around. |
