Or you're expecting them to come to you when maybe you need to make some moves toward them. Are you dating online? There are tons of people out there looking for a relationship as I recall when I used to date from online. At any rate, you dont want some shallow idiot that requires you to have a perfect model's body just to be good enough. Keep up the confidence..you are worth more than your weight or your body.

I have noticed that men are very visual so I'm guessing that's where the pressure comes from. I have a gay cousin and he's always been into his looks a lot so I guess that's just how it is. I say be you. The right guys for you will be attracted to you just the way you are.

Hey. First of all, congrats on your weight loss and you look amazing. I wouldn't lose anymore weight. I know where you are coming from. I myself am a young gay man (24yo) and am trying to lose some weight in hopes of sparking up my dating life, and also getting healthier. I'm hoping that losing the weight (about 50lbs, trying to get down to 180-190, Im 6'2'' btw) that I will gain some more confidence and feel better about myself.

People ask me all the time why I am not really dating, etc. I usually reply that I am just not what the boys are into, LOL. I joke about it a lot but, the truth is that I am seriously lonely and feel hopeless sometimes. Some people don't understand that sometimes it's just not that easy to get out into the dating field, especially if you add in other factors like being gay and overweight. You are not overweight, your exactly where I hope to be someday, and right now I am working really hard to get there.

You look great, and maybe you just need to realize it. Your not the 300lb person you once were. Your completely different. Just remember that. You can have anything or be anything you want to be.

I know the gay community really puts the focus on slim - even moreso than women, but I think you probably just need to be more active in the community and meet more people? Or maybe you just need to build some muscle. Either way I don't think you need to lose more weight.
