Rep Power: 41116 | | | I can do a bit of it, but I don't do it like that. I've photoshopped myself thinner admittedly, (not on the forum though)but it didn't turn out quite so high quality.

Rep Power: 0 | | | That 1:15 video was probably about 4-6 hours of work.
I admit, I've retouched a photo or 2 of my own with photoshop, but never to that degree. Usually I just take out pimples or weird clothing wrinkles. And once a double chin that was the result of the angle of the picture.
I'm anti changing the fundamentals of how someone looks, though. Just the basics, fixing the actual quality of the photo or taking out the occasional blemish.
I think the woman looked better in the before shot.

Rep Power: 7595 | | I'm pretty good with Photoshop and would like to try thinning someone out. I've done it frequently on a smaller scale with models - a virtual nip n tuck - and would be willing to do it for someone here.
It wouldn't be as well done as the sample video just because thats a serious time investment (but there isn't anything in the 2nd video that I don't know how to do).
This isn't the same but here is a before/after I did to 'youngify' a woman: HERE
Any takers?

Rep Power: 7595 | | | I got one PM with a picture attached. Sorry - but I cant PM back until I've been here 5 days.
I finished it... would you allow me to post the before/after photoshop pictures?
BTW - if anyone else sends a picture please make it a big size and not from a phone (i.e. from a 'real' camera). THat way you can get better results. |

Rep Power: 10856 | | | Wow, really shows how easy it could be to touch up a person. If you had the chance to do that. only to your real body, would you do it or work off the pounds the old fashion way?

Rep Power: 8254 | | | I retouch photos, thin people down, take away bags and wrinkles, enhance colors, etc on the side for a bit of extra cash. Usually wedding, anniversary, or prom photos. People normally don’t ask for a huge difference in appearance, they just want a couple of skin blemishes to be removed. It’s fun to work with the images.

Rep Power: 37627 | | | youtube video It is sad that 99.9% of images that we see in magazines are FALSE! I mean, I knew that already, but it was just really eye-opening after watching this video: YouTube - The Photoshop Effect

Rep Power: 8697 | | | I photoshop nearly every picture of myself, at least to make the colors stand out, get rid of a dead pixel... ETC..
But I often get rid of my double chin!
IHateCardio--Your 'after' picture looks like that could be her daughter! Nice work!

Rep Power: 8254 | | iWANEX STUDIO - Professional Photo Retouching Services This guy has done quite a bit for hollywood stars and starlettes. The before shots are really nice to begin with, he just tweaks them a bit (enhancing color, evening out skin tone, outlining curves a bit more, etc) and viola, ready for a magazine.
