If you want my opinion, it appears to be some kind of semi-herbal crapcake pill. Why not try something that has some decent science behind it, like a CLA + Green Tea Extract combination - if you want a natural fat burner that actually works, and is all kinds of good for you besides.

If you want to go the heavy duty burner route, well, that will make it easier to keep the weight off, and the stimulants have some unpleasant effects for some people, but I could recommend one of those also.

The key thing to realize is that basically anything that isn't a prescription drug is unlikely to do the work for you. Diet + exercise remains the key. Think of it as a small aid to fat burning, in the way creatine is to muscular output. 10%'ish.
